The store was welcoming, smelling amazing and the sales attendant Eddie was absolutely amazing. He was helpful, informative, he noted what my requirements were and showed suitable options. He wasn't pushy at all like most sales people. Most importantly he gave enough details to help me decide what was best for me.
Today we visited the Caerphilly Branch and were straight away greeted by the store manager Andrew Lynne, who was most helpful with his approach to our needs - which was a 5 drawer chest with 2 matching bedside cabinets - we were shown various styles and in fact placed an order for the Lympsham furniture in stone grey - we also ordered a York 4'6" double headboard that infact is going to replace our existing one that is on a double bed we purchased from the same store a few years ago which we have been very satisfied with as I am sure we will be with our current purchase

Was doing the rounds looking for a sofa bed in Barnstaple and from the minute i arrived the stoer felt good. It was nice not to be pounced on by staff. After a look about Paul Jensey approached me and was helpfull very helpfull without being pushy. Altogether a very pleasent time. Thank you

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service regarding my order of a dining table (Order #2283) placed on 26 November 2024. Despite numerous delays, miscommunications, and broken promises, the item has yet to be delivered properly. I am now formally requesting a full refund for this order, as I have exhausted all patience and confidence in your ability to resolve this matter effectively. Timeline of Issues: Initial Order and Delivery Promise: The website clearly stated a delivery time of within two weeks. However, no confirmation or update was received regarding the delivery status. Follow-Up Emails: On 12 December 2024, I emailed to inquire about the delay. Your team responded that the item was still pending in the warehouse and asked me to wait an additional week. On 20 December 2024, I followed up again, only to be told the delivery would happen after the New Year. Further Delays: After waiting until 6 January 2025, I emailed for an update, but received no reply. Frustrated, I left feedback on Trustpilot the same day. A customer service representative promised to escalate the issue for immediate resolution. False Promises: On 16 January 2025, your team emailed to confirm that delivery would be scheduled within 3-5 days. However, when no call or update was received, I emailed again on 21 January to demand either a delivery within one week or a refund. Delivery Mishap: On 23 January, I finally received confirmation of delivery scheduled for 25 January between 14:00 and 17:00. On the day, I received a call at 13:45 from the delivery driver claiming they could not locate my address. Despite us providing clear directions and promising to leave the table at the front door, they canceled the delivery because they replied that we can't find my postcode. When I called back at 14:15, they rudely stated they had returned the item to the warehouse. Customer service offered no immediate resolution, stating that the team could only confirm another delivery date on Monday, potentially causing further delays. Impact: This ongoing situation has caused significant inconvenience and distress. For two months, I have been unable to host friends and family or enjoy proper meals at home due to the lack of a dining table. Your repeated delays, lack of communication, and poor handling of this case have severely diminished my trust in your company. Moreover, the attitude of your delivery personnel and the lack of urgency from your customer service team were unacceptable.
