Made an ordered nearly two months which it stated it would take 2-3 weeks. It has been rescheduled for delivery 3 times with no explanation and it was always the day before it should be arriving that’s it would be rescheduled

We isited the Newport store today and was met by very friendly staff who kept us topped up with coffee during a very cold day! Eddie was very patient with us whilst we arranged many dining chairs around the store to see what would be a good match for the dining table that we chose. Looking forward to receiving our furniture soon 😊

Tom of your Caerphilly store was very helpful and approachable. No pressure selling like some stores. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom explained the additional discounts available in store very clearly which helped us make our decision.

Had a very successful shopping trip at fw home stores in Newport. Tracy was so friendly and knowledgeable in answering our questions and helped us find the perfect items for our new home. They had a good selection of beautiful furniture, including plenty made from reclaimed wood, which we loved. Tracy also sorted us the best deal so I'd recommend going in person.
