Went in to buy a bookcase, as a late Christmas present from my parents. They had been talking for a while about getting a new 3piece sofa for the house so of course they sat on a couple of the sofa's. Tom (from the Caerphilly store) came over and introduced himself asked what we were looking for and then said he'd leave us alone to have a look around. My mother decided she liked the look of the one sofa and chair set. Tom was very patient explaining all the things we could add or takeaway from the set and how that would adjust the overall price. He was never pushy, didn't go on the defense like some salespeople do, and even took my mothers sometimes sarcastic flirting with ease and grace and even joined in! My mother ended up buying a 3piece, two chairs AND the bookcase we originally wanted to buy. Overall a great experience with a great salesman. Tom is an asset to the team there.

We were greeted nicely and asked if we needed any help. Prices and sale discounts were explained well. Store clean and well presented. Staff knowledgeable about products.

We called in to Caerphilly branch and Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that we were looking at, he gave us lots of advice, without the had sell. Left us to browse the store with the knowledge that he was there to seek advice from. Can not fault the service, cleanliness, and warmth of the store.

I had a mains pipe burst in October which destroyed most of my furniture and personal items, I went to the Barnstaple store to have a look at their sofas and found one I liked and could afford but because I am unsure of the exact date I will be able to get back into my home I wasn’t sure about ordering. Paul J was really helpful and talked through everything and explained how long the order would take which should work out with me moving back but if not they would be able to hold it in the warehouse for me, so I ordered and I am more than happy.

Tom at the Caerphilly store was very helpful. Good range of stock and good Boxing Day discounts.

Upon arriving staff checked on us to make sure we were ok and inform us they were available should we have any questions and then left us to browse. Upon our decision to purchase 8 dining chairs in the clearance section Andrew was very helpful, he confirmed the price and processed everything smoothly explaining delivery options should we need them. He then smoothly moved all the items we wanted from the back of the store to the front and helped load everything into the car. Fantastic customer service and would definitely recommend the store and their staff to anyone looking for good quality furniture

Went to the Newport store as we previous purchased a sofa here a few years ago. Friendly and helpful staff that are not pushy. Andrew Lynne was very helpful and patient. Plenty of choice overall a good experience.

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and made ethe purchasing of our new dining table and chairs easy.

Yet again an amazing service from Paul at FW Homestores in Barnstaple. So nice to talk to people who can work with you when it’s not a straightforward order. We can order what we would like, hold the order for us until our house purchase goes through, will let them know when to our order in. Thus is the 2nd time they are doing this and worked perfectly last time. Great communication a couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We live 3 hours away now and went back to them despite having many other options in our area, as we were so impressed.

David at the Barnstaple showroom was excellent. He allowed us plenty of time to sample the multitude of beds on offer in the showroom, and was knowledgeable when we had questions. After a minor hiccup in the ordering process (which was fixed without any fuss) we received our new bed in good time and the delivery team were brilliant as well. Despite them having their own issues with couriers, communication was clear and proactive. I would recommend FWHomestores, and use again in the future

visited the FW Homestores in Newport in the search for new sitting room sofas. soon found something we liked and was then assisted by Eddie. Eddie was patient attentive and informative. He listened to what we wanted, looked at our measurements and then gave some great sensible advice, that gave us confidence in his experience and knowledge. He was happy and able to help with humour and confidence and nothing was too much trouble. we came away with all we needed on this occasion and will definitely be returning for any future household furnishings.
