March 24 I purchased 2x2 Seater and a 3seater sofa from the Metro range. Unfortunately I was not told at the time you cannot turn the cushions over. Now they are going out of shape in less then a year. I had an inspection today and was told you have to push them into shape by unzipping the cushion and pushing and pulling them from the inside. Had I been told this at the time of purchasing I would not have bought them. At 76years old it’s extremely hard to do, as it takes a lot of extreme effort. Very disappointed after only 10months.

We bought an extending dining table and dining chairs and Tom, the sales representative was great. He helped us in our difficult choice of choosing the correct dining chairs matching the dining tables. He was patient, friendly and very professional.

Called at the Caerphilly store this evening and was assisted with the purchase of a sofa by Tom. He was friendly, professional and attentive. He wasn't pushy and made us feel welcome. We would definitely call again.

Had been looking for sofas for few weeks. Went to the usual eg DFS SCS then saw FW Home Stores online. Went to Caerphilly store was lots of choice and saw sofa I liked. Was assisted by Tom who was very helpful and polite. Explained everything about delivery and aftercare. Would definitely go there again if needed furniture.
