My wife and i found our shopping experience at FW Homestores, Barnstaple very pleasing. Paul Jesney , our assistant, was extremely helpful, giving help and advice. It made for an easy , straightforward purchase.

We dealt with Tom at the Caerphilly store and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We were undecided on the sofa initially and after having a think about it we decided to go for it. When returning to the store Tom remembered who we were straight away and again went above and beyond whilst staying after the store closed to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our sofa.This made the whole process quick and very easy.

David at the Barnstaple store was incredibly helpful when choosing a new sofa and had a plethora of knowledge to help decide which was best for our family. Purchase of new lounge furniture and a new 3 piece suite. We had also recently purchased a new bed from FW Homestores in Barnstaple and we were happy with the service we received. So we decided to look there for new purchase .We were served by Paul who was very helpful and polite .

We had great service from Sharon at FW store in Caerphilly. She was very helpful without being pushy. Sharon was able to answer all of our questions and demonstrate how to extend the dining table that we bought. We never felt any pressure to buy at any time and were given all of the time and space to discuss and think about our purchases. We went in for a bed and ended up seeing some other lovely furniture which we also ended up buying. Thank you Sharon and FW furniture.

Martin in Barnstaple was really helpful and ran through all the options we had for fabrics and the different sizes available. What is nice is that he remembered us from a previous visit.
