Just bought a sofa from them. The service my husband and I received was top quality. Andrew our salesman was extremely helpful and made our experience so easy. There was no trying to sell us what we didn't want. We came away very happy with the price we paid. I would not hesitate to shop there again. Excellent customer service. Oh and we had free hot drinks. 😃 well done Newport store.

The quality of the sofa I brought is awful, only had it for four months and the arms have given way and now have large holes in, we were told this is unlikely to be a manufacturer fault and that we would have to pay £59 if we wanted someone to come and take a look at it. Would never buy from this company again! I suggest looking at other review websites where people talk about the poor quality of the furniture and not just the service they received in store.

We visited today FW Homestores in Newport and bought a sofa within 10 min after a months long search. Very reasonable price with further added discount. Andrew was very helpful and professionally explained everything we needed to know about our sofa delivery date and cover policy. Very happy with our experience today and definitely recommending this store.
