Great service, excellent communication and a great price

After spending weeks on the Internet looking for a bed setee I decided that enough is enough and I needed to see real furniture. I must admit I nearly didn't visit this store as the signage looked a bit like home bargains! Lol. Well you can't judge a book by its cover. The quality and price blew me away. The staff are so knowledgeable and patient . I say that as Eddie spent at least an hour with myself and familly while we were deciding. In fact as we spent time sitting on the most marvelous setee drinking coffee I actually felt that I was in my own home with Eddie as the visitor! That's when you know that the furniture is right for you. Not looking at it on the Internet or sitting on it for 5 mins and saying "Oh that's comfortable " Actually spending time sitting on it . Wonderful experience, and if course bought it, came home and thought . Yes , so glad I decided to go there. Will be back cos there are just a few more things I spotted that would be nice as well ! Well done to this lovelly familly firm and of course . A big big Thank you Eddie .

Amazing store and incredible discounts. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Offered us tea and coffee on arrival and we were really impressed with their high quality products. I have purchased 3 sofa’s from you over the years, each one had their problems. The first sofa the seat cushions lost their plumpness, we paid for a technician to come out only to be told it’s our fault for not plumping them the right way? The 2nd sofa you delivered the wrong one, and finally the last one we have only had for 10 months and the seat cushion’s have again lost their plumpness, and the arm rest is loose and squeak’s when any weight is put on it, contacted you to be told, it’s our fault again? And if we want a technician to inspect it will cost £59 only to be told it’s our fault for sitting on it. After spending nearly £4,000 with you and classed as a loyal customer this is how I am treated well never again.

Today I bought some wardrobes from the Barnstaple branch and was served by Paul .J. who was extremely helpful. He couldn't do enough for us. We are pleased with the help he gave us.
