David was very helpful, no pushy sales tactics, provided dimensions for a few dining tables so I had options, gave me the best price available on my choice, delivery sorted for 2 weeks time and even had popcorn for my 11 year old who's now hoping for a popcorn maker for Christmas!

We visited the FW store in Barnstaple today, and met with Martin. After spending some time working our way round the store, we found the sofa we were looking for. Martin took to time to go over the options that were available, no question was to much, and we were happy with the service he provided. Walked away with all that we were wanting and more. Thank you Martin

Very disappointed with the 2 sofas purchased. The cushion covers keep spinning around when sat on and the technician that came out said that as a customer this would be nearly impossible to realign yet the store will do nothing about it. What a shambles, very poor service and very poor quality furniture. My warning is to not buy from them. The furniture is only used in a private holiday home so has very little use. Appaulling Customer Service and after sales.

After visiting a few stores in and around Barnstaple we called into FW Homestores Barnstaple, We were greeted by David who pointed us in the right direction. At no time were we pressurised or rushed into a purchase, Unlike other stores. In the end we ordered 4 chairs and a dining table. Highly Recommended store.

Went today looking at sofas Eddie was a great help newport store we couldn't decide between 2 sofas and Eddie knowledge on materials on both sofas was very helpful and he had patience with us until we made our mind up thank you Eddie

We were welcomed by the lovely Paul.j in the Barnstable store. We had a tea and coffee on arrival and had a look around. He Answered all our questions, we didn’t feel pressured and his help was an influence in us making our decision to purchase. Highly recommend. Definitely better to visit then going online.

Tim was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. We placed our order within one day of visiting the Cardiff Store due to his professionalism.

We'd been looking for sofas that would fit in our lounge for months and months, size wise and colour wise, when we found the perfect pair in the Barnstaple store. We made our purchase with the help of Martin, who provided useful info re delivery times, etc. Highly recommend visiting the Barnstaple store, huge range and Martin is very helpful without being at all pushy.
