While the process to order, measure and receive delivery of the screens takes a few weeks, the screens are as advertised. The screens are a small challenge to properly install, but once installed they fit well and are a significant improvement over our original screens. To ensure a good fit we would recommend subtracting 1/4 inch rather than 1/8th inch.

The website's screen ordering process was straightforward. I ordered 20 screens, and they were delivered in three days.

When I had the windows replaced at our home, I never realized they did not come with window screens. The installers had no solutions as to how to get a window screen for these custom made Aluplast windows, but then I found out about FlexScreen. The turnaround time was amazingly fast, the quality of the screens seems excellent and now that they are installed, you could convince me they were made specifically for our windows by the manufacture. My wife was very disappointed when our new windows did not have screens, FlexScreen really saved me!

Good instructions on measuring. Great fit

I was so afraid of sending the measurements and having them be off, it took almost 2 weeks before I sent them in. I must have measured the windows half a dozen times before I trusted them. I received the screens quicker than I thought I would and they fit perfectly. They are easy to install and look pretty good. I'm happy with my purchase.

I highly recommend flex screens to anyone looking to replace their existing screens. The screens we replaced were the cheaply made aluminum ones originally installed by our builder, which bent every time we took them out and put them back in. We love our new flex screens. Measuring for them is a breeze as long as you follow the online instructions. When they arrived they were packed very well, in perfect condition, clearly labeled for each of the individual rooms, a perfect fit, and extremely easy to install. All in all, a five star experience!

Fit like a glove

My first order of Flex Screen was fabulous. The screens arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I was so fascinated that I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday Special. Although the second order did arrive quickly, the screens were deficient in fitting. Specifically, the screens fell in the centers edges and did not fit my windows fully like the first order did. I contacted Flex Screen customer service and after sending photos and explaining, Flex Screen sent me replacement order for all the screens. Unfortunately, this replacement order is also deficient such that screens do not expand to fully fit the windows. The centers edges still dent by around an inch or compared to the window measurements. If I had to guess, it might be the drop in temperatures or something wrong in their manufacturing process. Thus, I give 3 stars because my experience is mixed between satisfaction and some disappointment. If I had more time, I would contact FlexScreen Customer Service again but you got live with some things in life.

I mismeasured my screens and had to reorder. The team was great and aloud me to give them the new measurements and only charged $10.00 per screen for remaking them. Thanks for your help. I will highly recommend your flex screens to everybody I know

Well, I was a bit hesitant to order 15 screens without just buying 1 first. The one fit perfectly. As easy as pie installing. My only gripe is you should design a measuring tool that you can lock before you remove it from the window frame. There’s that chance the tool moves before you can lay it next to the tape measure. If you could lock it that would help with accuracy
