I followed their instructions, measured twice, and it arrived wrong

We ordered, they sent the measurer, we measured the windows, sent in the details, the screens came quickly and very well packed! Fit was as ordered!

I have a 100+ year old house in the mountains. I replaced most of the windows 4 years ago with Pella and hated how the new screens were so visible and took away from the view. It was then I did a web search and found flex screens. I have now replaced 26 screens and have just 2 to go. I love them. They are pricey but I just budgeted 2-4 each month. If you follow their instructions, and I recommend getting the tool they give for free, they fit like a glove. I usually measure twice, sometimes 3 times. Every single one of my windows is a slightly different size. I had a pella guy out here a few months ago to look about doing a few more windows for me and he couldn't get over how it looked like I had no screens. He was excited. It was the first time he had seen them in person though he saw the company on a tv show and loved the concept. It is pretty cool! The ones I started with are on the sun porch and have stayed very clean over the last 3-4 years. I leave them in all winter. I get the Clean. They still look brand new. One of my best purchases for this house. They really hold up. I noticed a wren using the screen to walk up to the top of my bathroom window. I got upset and ran out to shew it away. No damage whatsoever. Anyway, I love this company and product. Quality.

The screens are kinda expensive, but they are very good quality! I like how they help you measure your windows for screens and they deduct either 3/16” or 1/16” which was nice that I didn’t have to figure it out myself!! I love how they just bend to get them installed easily! Will be purchasing a few more screens in the future and will recommend Flexscreen to anyone I know that lives in a house!!

The website was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The measuring tool was delivered, I took my measurements making sure to double and triple check for accuracy. I entered the measurements in the site and received the screens within days. They fit perfectly and the whole process was very efficient. I like that they even printed the room names on the frames. Very nice touch!

The whole process was very easy. I did measure one window slightly incorrectly because of the design of the screen it’s barely noticeable if at all.

Flexscreen screens fit in my windows perfectly! I did not realize when I installed our plantation shutters that my windows open from the top and inward. So the plantations shutters are inside mount and that caused me not being able to open the window enough to clean the windows and had to remove the screens which ended up causing me to bend the screens and not be able to use them. Flexscreens fit and work perfectly! Thank you for giving me a fix to my problem!

Perfect fit of new difficult to make screen for a front door.

Very easy to order and turn around time was great. However, the shipping company delivered a damaged box and torn screen. Mike was great with handling the situation and indicated a replacement screen would be sent shortly.

Nicely packaged Screens round ended so tiny gaps in corners concern me. Only time will tell if bugs will get in. Screen good quality. Going to order again without subtracting the 16th of an inch the too recommends to do and see if that makes a difference in the corners.

A very smooth and satisfying process. The website is easy to navigate and contains a good deal of detailed information. Ordering was quite simple. The measurement process is tedious and takes a bit of time but not sure how to make that simpler without missing the point of having a customized product. After measurements were provided to the company (straightforward process) we received an estimate of 10-15 days to receive the shipment; in fact, we had delivery in six days, which is remarkable. Most important, each screen (we ordered 10) fit very well despite the window frames being 30 years old. We will see about durability, etc. but at this point we are fully pleased with the purchase and will be placing another order.

Disappointing. I ordered 4 FlexScreens, two for windows with pockets and two for casement windows. The screens for the pocket windows are somewhat ok. Because the windows are tall, the sides don’t sit tightly into the pocket and have a bow into them. They look a little shotty, but not terrible. The screens for the casement windows are awful. The statement on the website that no pocket is no problem is completely false. Not only do we have the same problem with the saggy sides, but there is space all the way around the screen. The company sent us a bunch of weatherstripping to try to hold the screens in place but the screens now stay in place, they still look terrible with bunches of black weatherstripping, all around them, and still a space along the long sides in the middle. I ended up replacing all four screens with traditional screens and throwing these away.

Everything fits great. For our larger windows that did not have screens, these are much cheaper and easier than trying to have have traditional frames made. Plus the customer service was excellent even when there was an error in the order.
