i had High hopes for this screen. I don't like the old-style aluminum ones. but when i measured it you normally take off a little bit because you want me to measure to the 1/16 of an inch. 1) It when right up to the edge of the window, zero room to spare. They pinched and would curve inwards in the middle. 2) there was a small screw holding in the windows right near the top, too small to see (i measured from the middle and never realized it was there). It had a rounded top and noticed that it was pinching on that as well. So, the fit is awful. We have a 30 unit apartment building and was hoping to start putting this style in but now realize its probably best to go back to traditional ones. BTW: i will be using silicon to fill in the gaps made by the poor fit.

Love the screen. But, need to add packaging protection. Box was delivered damaged and no bubble wrap or paper to protect the screen. Luckily product was not damaged. Thank you.

What an amazing solution to a classic homeownership problem. The product idea is great! When I received my screens, ~x10 of them, over half of them had issues with the heat molding of the screen to the frame. They came in an oversized box that was clearly mishandled. I say the idea gets a 10 of 10, but the execution and quality of the product is around a 4 of 10. They need better quality control and fulfillment solutions! Good thing though is their customer service was more than willing to help resolve the problematic screens and was very kind about it. I'm curious though to see what condition the replacement screens arrive in.

Customer service was average at best. I expected a slightly easier ordering process. Screens were harder to install than expected. Once in screens seem to work fine. On the fence as to whether I will purchase more.

Easy Fit for Screens

Received 9 of these screens this month. Because it's an older home, each screen was a slightly different size. Each screen came marked with the size, and each screen fit. I called a few times with questions, talked to Michael, who was very patient and had the answers. The screens also arrived sooner than expected! It was a very good experience all around!

The screens are very easy to install and make our windows look updated without the expense.

These are the best screens! So easy to order and install. They fit like a glove and the best part is knowing I can take them out at any point to clean them and the window and I won’t ruin them taking them out! A must have!

Screens don't fit and no response from customer service.

Great screens shipped directly to your home. The measurement tool took all guesswork out of the process. I knew they would fit. The only downside is they are pricey. Order more than 2 to save on shipping charges. Excellent screens!

We lost the tool and had to reorder but customer service was great about it We ordered 2 screens to test the process and the quality and quickly ordered the remaining 10. We finally have screens in all of our windows! Shipping was faster than they said it would be and faster than I would've thought possible.
