Very easy to install. Looks great. But, need to take time to make sure initial measurements are perfect.

We ordered for two very wide windows that came with a single screen, almost impossible to get in and out for one person. Have wanted these for a while, and finally took the time to order. Was a little apprehensive about the measuring because we don't have a full pocket sill. We followed their directions to the letter, and they fit perfectly. We now have a beautiful view out those windows with a clearer screen that I can get it in and out by myself. Couldn't be happier!

I purchased some windows for my New home we are building and they did not come with screens. We called the window company and could not just purchase screens . I heard about flex screen so thought I would check them out. I absolutely LOVE them, they fit perfectly. Better than the screens that came with the other windows and they came very quickly. I am very impressed with the product and the service !!! Will recommend to everyone!!!

WOW just WOW! Love these screens, easy measuring with tool provided they calculate! Hit submit Bamm we had our screens in a week and a half. Easy to install. We only did the front of the house to make sure we liked them will be ordering fir the back soon

Easy to install. Quality construction. Mismeasured a window and flexscreen worked with me to replace.

Although it is completely spelled out on the website and is buyer error, giving no grace to an online customer and not allowing for returns isn't good business practice. Now, I have a screen that I can't use and had to order another one. I am tied to this company for as long as I am in this house. Yuck.

Screens don’t fit

I was unclear as to what constituted a pocket vs a ridge. called customer help and actually got a native English speaker on the phone. resolved the issue in a couple of minutes. screens fit really well

Ordering and sizing was very easy. Would be nice if you could add a suffix to the room names when you have more than 1 window in a room. Sent in information and had to screens delivered within a week.

They are beautifully made screens but unfortunately something went wrong with measurements and they were off by an inch or two on all sides. Very disappointed. Not sure what went wrong there.

I was in need of 5 large screens. The website wanted to charge more than the screens cost. I called and customer service took care of it right away. Entered my order without the added charges. I have my screens they fit perfect. They look great. I am very happy.

I really like this product. Customer service and shipping were great. Measuring was a piece of cake with the tool they send out after placing the order. Would have been 5 stars if the price were a bit lower. But the quality and service were on point, and that’s the most important thing to me.

A really great screen. So much easier to install than and fits much better than the old, solid frame screens. No more gaps!
