Love the products, easy to get correct measurements. Works as good as expensive. Excessively expensive in my opinion, especially the shipping.

The screens are awesome! Overall it was an easy process to order, wait for the measurement tool, submit the measurements and install the new screens. One star down due to the measurement site being down and the fact that no one answered their customer service phone. Did receive an email after a day that allowed me to submit my measurements. Overall highly recommended.

Easily measured, and quickly delivered...ahead of schedule! The screens fit perfectly and it was the perfect day to open up our home and enjoy comfortable breezes for the first time since we bought the house 3 years ago.

your process is totally f********ed each side of the pockets on my window are different and your form only asks for one side of the top and one for each side.... what a cluster f.............. Geeeeeezusssss

FlexScreen is out-of-control awesome! I look through my window through my FlexScreen and I sigh: "What a wonderful life!" I can see clearly now and the bugs don't fly in my face or try to get in my nose or ears. I can sing or shout to people on the street too. The measurement system is precise and easy and makes me feel like a minor genius and really really really impressed my wife. I can say I am happy as a clam. HAPPIER than a clam, because poor clam does not have super amazing FlexScreen on their window! So in conclusion don't be a clam and get a FlexScreen today!

Good prices, quality product and timely delivery

Measure 4 times and you’ll be happy. We had 2 orders thus far. At first, we only ordered one screen due to the negative reviews. It was perfect. No issues whatsoever. Then we ordered 9 more. They were delivered on time, no shipping damage and everything worked perfectly. Until we reached the bathroom. Much to our disappointment we wrote the wrong width for the ordered screens. They were 5” too wide. I called to see if they offered a cut down program since we needed it shortened and we suggested we pay shipping expenses but we were told it’s not available. That’s too bad that we have to order two new screens and throw the old ones away. Seems wasteful but it is explained in their procedures. My suggestion to get 5 stars is offer a cut down service with customers paying the shipping. Or, offer an oops credit. Customer service could use some improvements.

Couldn't have been easier, or more professional. Of course, I had concerns about the measuring, but it also could not have been easier. Even I couldn't mess that up. The screens look great.

Love these screens. Windows are easy to measure with their tool. Directions are on point. Easy to install and easy to take off to wash windows. Would highly recommend.
