1. Measurments were perfect due to the Flex-Tenna 2. The screen fit the window groves perfectely with the spacers. 3. Sunlight is less and is cooler inside the house. 4. While shipping, please safe guard the corners with extra packing.

Being helped with questions I had before I received my screens. Being able to talk to a person instead of a computer with those questions. And the screens are so nice, I love the fact that they are easy to put in, also I love the fact that the edges are small but strong. And when I get more money in, I'm seriously considering getting more. I'm on SSI so I have to wait. But thank you, thank you for these wonderful screens definitely worth the money.

As good as advertised! Easy to order, easy to measure, painfully easy to install. This is my second order of this product. There will never be any other type of screen in my life.

Great concept to have screen frames that flex. However, this caused much more damage to our hands during install more than traditional screens and the other very very unfortunate fact is they do not fit properly and have a gaps that allow flies and other unwanted things into the house. Not impressed!!!

The screens and their sizing were perfect. I ordered the incorrect quantity and when I called customer service, the dude who answered the phone was bomb. He provided a way forward and I received the correct quantity of screens. Everything about this process was excellent.

Screens arrived damaged, called in for replacements. Was told they would be 14 business days to replace. which is 3 weeks! One week since, hopping that I'll get an update sooner than that.

I have ordered over 20 flexscreens. They are not bendable on all sides. If you bend them the wrong way they will warp and you cannot bend them back in place. I have at least 4 screens that have been damaged. I asked the company to help me figure out a way to bend them back in place but to no avail. Customer service just ignored my request.

Had a question about measuring the screens, and got a very quick, detailed, and friendly response. Was able to get the measurements done the next day.

The Flex screen was the perfect solution for replacing my skylight screen which can be a bit difficult to fit in. The flexibility was the key which allowed me to flex it over the cranking mechanism.Durability has yet to be determined but time will tell.If there is one thing that could be improved would be to manufacture the frame with square returns as opposed to the current radiused frame.Overall a great product and if it holds up over time I will be a repeat customer!
