Really good product. I had a miss measurement (on my side) and customer service was great in handling the problem and remaking a screen. I highly recommend this product. I've ordered 7 screens of different sizes and quality was excellent across the board.

Measuring instructions were very helpful and the screen fit our window perfectly.

When I called after waiting three weeks for the measurement tool to arrive, I was informed that my order had been overlooked and that the tool would be sent out right away. After a couple more weeks, I called again and was told that another tool would be sent out. I ended up eventually receiving two tools - approximately two weeks apart. I like the screen but am disappointed with the service.

Terrible Customer Service!!! I purchased 4 screens from them after installing them I noticed that one of them did not go back to its shape! After many emails with them, they determined that I over FLEXED it! According to their advertisements that not possible. They refused to replace the screen for free but would give me a discount on a new one. NEVER do business with this company!!!!

Ordering was easy and installation was a breeze. The screens look great. Overall, I'm happy and plan to order some more.

I have struggled with screens for the longest time, and this product has ended that struggle!!! They are so easy to install and they are way more durable than traditional framed screens!! My only problem is that I wish I got them sooner!!!! Thanks for a wonderful product ✨️

My old wooden windows had ancient wooden screens. The screen I use most literally fell apart. No one makes screens like that anymore - for good reason! I’m not ready to replace all my windows just to have screens for a few. Flex Screen seemed like a great solution. The flex-tenna was easy to use & directions were easy to follow. My order came much more quickly than promised. The only problem I encountered came because my window frames are a little warped. Three corners fit in easily, but I needed an extra pair of hands to push in the last corner. With that extra push, the screen is perfectly snug. Flex-Screen exceeded my expectations in all areas.

The screens are a great idea, easy to install and high quality. The measurement process was where things went wrong. Measured multiple times following the pocket window instructions however the screens received don’t fit. Bummer because otherwise they’d be great.

Fit and work well.

I used the measuring tool and followed the instructions. I ordered two screens for a bedroom.They arrived and I installed them in a few minute. They were a little loose but with the bumpers they fit a little better. I chose the solar screen option because I live in a sunny climate. I am satisfied with them. They reduce a lot of the glare from the sun. I will be replacing all of my screens eventually as my budget allows.

Screens are of high quality and easy to install. Of the 8 screens ordered, 6 needed to have the provided cushioned little bumpers that help the fit become more snug. I will be buying 4 more screens because of the quality and ease to order. The website is very helpful in providing any questions we had.

I had two windows that I needed to replace the screens. They were in a difficult place. Flex Screen seemed like the best solution, because of its flexing ability. A bit pricey, but they went in smoothly and definitely worth it.
