FlexScreen was easy to measure and send in the order. W bought ten replacement screens for our screen room. Most of the screens fit well, though some of our window frames were a little un-square. I did not give FlexScreen five stars because when the screens arrived they were not visibly or easily matched the individual screens within the order. I had to go back to customer service to find out that the screen had etching on the side frame with information, though that was hard to read. I ended up just measuring the screens to determine which window opening they matched up to. It would be better if the window screens had "tags" on them that matched up the screen to what was enetred on the website.

Solved my problem of gaps with traditional screens. Precise measurements and easy installation.

The screens are much better than the old screens we had. The fit is great and I got the clear view ones and you can barely tell they are there. They arrived early.

For the price, I was hoping this would be an extremely high quality screen. Which it is. I was having trouble finding a screen solution for my home’s odd sized windows and these were perfect.

This product is great. This was the perfect option for my window which requires regular screen removal. My old screens didn't hold up to the usage. This item is dependable, tough, and looks good.

Easy to measure, easy process, easy to install. And they look great. Not that anyone would ever notice the screens. They just blend right in.

Quick service but not what was advertised. The website claims beautifully invisible. Which the screens are not. As a matter of fact they are black and not gray. Gray makes the screens invisible on your home and black makes them stand out and not match anything else on my home. No refund or help was given to remedy the issue. So I’m stuck with two screens at 180 bucks total that I won’t display at all.

Terrible Screens. They advertise that they're flexible on the sides but they're only flexible in the middle on the sides. As a result I have not been able to get them over the lip of the track. Waste of money! And they made them 1/8 too high but even if they had been accurate the lack of flexibility would have prevented me from using them. So disappointed. Don't waste your money.

Everything was good, just took longer than expected to receive measuring tool

Well I got my screens but so far I have only installed one and that one fit extremely tight and even has a little wrinkle to it but not really noticeable. I thought I measured quite accurately. But maybe not. Anyway even though I anticipated using the bumpers as my slots are only 1/4" wide, I was not able to use them in this first window, but the screen will stay put the way it is, just wonder about how much I should subtract on the other 11 windows I still have to do. I think my windows are a little strange maybe. I will call and discuss my issue before my next order if I decide to stick with flex screen. Will have to see how the other 5 fit. As far as durability, only time can answer that.

Received my screens quickly and they were easy to install. Ensuring the measurements were accurate and appropriate for your window style is critical, but the instructions were helpful. All my screens that I've tried have fit perfectly and look great from the outside and inside. Looking forward to throwing out my old screens that I couldn't get back into my windows!

Amazing service and the screen fit perfectly. Will slowly do the other windows when the budget allowed.

Web site measurement grid is for amature. I adjusted my measurements to add the auto deduct in measurement, I have not pockets, do not need the adhesive spacer and they are secure and fit great.
