Watched the install video which helpful. It was a bit of effort to get in but I think I might have messsured it too tight. They look great and I plan to buy more to replace more screens.
I ordered 5 screens for our casement windows. After receiving the measuring tool and taking measurements, I realized I needed a sixth screen. I purchased the sixth screen and spoke with Mike to ask if that screen could be shipped along with my original order to avoid shipping costs. He said he would ask the factory to bundle the two orders together so shipping would be free. My screens arrived a few days later and were easily installed in a few minutes. They fit perfectly and provide a much better view than our original screens. I plan to order additional screens for the remaining windows. Outstanding product and terrific customer support.
The screens are ingenious. Their measuring tool is a must and makes the process easier and more accurate.
The process to get a custom screen for my large slider window was so easy with Flexscreen. And I can’t believe how quickly it arrived. Very very satisfied!
This is the closest thing to bait and switch I have ever seen on a legitimate company. Ordered a screen and the measuring tool. You pay in advance...no problem. Because I wanted to try one screen out before I ordered screens for the whole house, the order form let me know I was going to be charged for shipping $35. Again no problem, well worth it. A week and a half later, I get the tool, measure and go into the site to enter the measurements (45 x 45). Only then do I get a notice I will be charged and additional TWO HUNDERED DOLLARS MORE IN SHIPPING because of the size! TWO HUNDERED DOLLARS? Obviously this little robbery surprise happens a lot as they have an option to cancel the order then and there. BUT of course I have already paid for the silly little tool, plus waited to get it. REALLY? That would mean between the cost of the screen, the original shipping and the oversize shipping one $45 x $45 screen would cost me over $300! This is not a heavy item and I get plenty of oversized items and nothing has EVER cost $200! I am so very disappointed in this company. Please spread the word on this.
Couldn’t have been better. Fast, communicative and awesome. A really quality product. I saw this product on Shark Tank and desperately needed a replacement screen for a window that my pets often sit near. There was a screen that was ill measured in the window before. This is exactly what I wanted. The screen fits perfectly based on their measuring instructions and now I can open the window without having to worry about anything coming in or out.
Extremely excellent product. Note: measurements are exact, would recommend 1/16 or 1/8 less for most situations.
Great product and relatively easy process for ordering. The one downside was that we were instructed to measure extremely accurately, and then arbitrarily reduce our measurement at time of submission. Not surprisingly, now the screens are a little small, creating a gap that bugs can get through. That's annoying...
I rarely write reviews but I was too blown away not to. This company can’t do anything else different. I was stressed about screens missing after I bought my home in my bedroom. Quick, easy, economical. A huge weight of my shoulders to have get them done. Thank you so much!

Great Screen! Perfect fitting screen that's easy to install and remove. It was nearly impossible to get the screen out and back in the window we bought this for, but not anymore. Not only does this screen fit securely, but it is also made well and we expect it will last a long time!

When I bought this place 27 years ago I remarked that it was unfortunate that you had to "break" the frame of the window screen in order to seat it in the slots. And you couldn't UN-break the frame. I though about various ways to defeat this problem, nada. These FlexScreens are the answer!

Product received was as advertised. I followed the directions for entering the screen dimensions which seemed cumbersome, but probably necessary to ensure accurate information for production. More attractive than originally provided by the window manufacturer and much easier to install.
