Screens are not a quality product. They are not tight and sage in the middle. Customer service is terrible and non responsive.
Fast service, good measuring instructions and a great solution for my problematic skylights. The previous screens were difficult to get in and out and doing this on a ladder posed some risk of falling. The new screens don’t require pushing, pulling and scraping up the walls!
Arrived quickly and perfect fit. Keep an eye out for mounting pads taped to inside of box. Disappointed that shipping was a third of the overall payment but I only needed 1 screen.
Our old screens were shredded by the animals of the previous homeowners. We had used screen tape, but we were putting the house on the market and that wasn't going to cut it. This was so fast and easy, and bumpers are included to help make it a tight fit if needed. I would buy these again anytime I need new screens.

Excellent quality and service. I wanted these screens for my home since I saw initial show on Shark Tank. Just now able to afford and starting to replace a few of my window screens. Measuring tool and instructions very clear and accurate. Easy to install tight fit no more bugs and lizards get in.!
I gave them the wrong measurement, which of course didnt fit and the screen tore. Once i realized the problem and let them know. They offered me a new screen for $10.00 plus shipping even though it was my fault!

The service was great. Screens were made to correct size but 2 screens have already detached from the frame the first time I inserted them.
Measured, re-measured, and measured again. Three screens fit perfectly, two are too small.
