You have a free offer for remembrance. I was unable to see the records because it kept on taking me around and around in a loop back to the login page. After half an hour I gave up. Why so complicated?

I have noticed that some interpretations of documents are wrong. 1 instance of this is the 1939 census. It has my dad & his parents living at Queen Square. The document actually says Quinn Square. I have other documentation to also back that up.

Find my past is a good company to help find ancestors, I used them to find a few details but didn't seem to find time to properly use the short free membership. I will use them again sometime when it is more convenient for me..

Be careful before extending plan after free trial. Not the cheapest company and not as many records as you would perhaps hope for. Many bits of information traced for free

We love FMS however it has gone down a couple of times in the past week , the first time in years . We also find that whilst client view is helpful , I staff that are rostering to never change in this format but always go back to staff view .changing shifts in client view does strange things and has caused a couple of OMG moments .

I love the information that I can get that I can't anywhere else and some where significate. What I don't like is the set up for the tree and the hints found. I would be very nice to safe some of them.

Good data with access to Newspaper info etc not available on other sites. However I found the tree structure and format harder to read than others and inputting data not as easy

I have been given EXCELLENT Customer Service by Ryan at Find My Past. Firstly this is an excellent tool and I have spent many happy hours using it to trace my family history. It is so easy to use and a fantastic search tool such that I have built a family tree going back 7 generations with ease. My subscription renewed automatically this month, however, I missed seeing the reminder email for this. I did not want to renew at this current time as I am very busy with other things and I know that I will not have time over the next few months to get the full benefit of my subscription. I explained this to the Customer Services Team who very generously refunded my subscription. I will definitely be renewing my subscription in the future when I have more time as I believe that this is the best genealogy tool available.

You state that I would have access to the newspaper files for a week at no charge. I am not able to access them and I do not wish to take up a subscription with you at this time.

The easiest, most user-friendly site to use. Totally straightforward.

I have been offered free time which at the moment I am unable to maximise and use the time wisely. You have also sent me an e mail saying I may have a potential link which I am unable to access. I am forced to signing for free time to see what you maybe be able to offer.

Great site but the issue is with subscription. Why cant all these Genealogy sites come under one payment? Its like dating sites, far too many to subscribe to.

I messaged the support team regarding the following problem. I have a family tree that has 160 people on it. However, when I open it up only 5 people are displayed and I cannot see any tab or link to use to view all of the 160 people. The family tree is called 'Atkinson'. I had already tried what they suggested and informed them of that. They failed to resolve it and I am still left with a second rate family tree display.

Hi. I love FindMyPast for searching for all manner of records on relatives in Britain and the UK. That said, I've been having a problem in trying to attach actual documents such as birth certs, marriage certs -- whether photos in jpeg or Adobe or even screen prints of docs saved to Word -- to the profiles of individuals in my family tree. I don't know if the problem is with my laptop, or the interface within FindMyPast. I'm getting error messages when I try to "drag and drop" docs. But as far as the ability of FindMyPast to find records, I think it's very good. I have no problem in saving source info to the profiles, only for documents and photos. Thank you :)
