Made it easy to review and add more ancestors to my tree
Despite ringing and sending messages I was unable to access photos information was saving to the right person and sometimes not saving at all
Good resource which I enjoy using. Some issues with transcription quality (e.g. on old census records) but not insurmountable as both transcription and original can be viewed. Link to British Newspaper Archive very helpful.
Trying to help a 'first time' genealogist with their family tree by knowing where to look for family clues. Making a discovery that the 'first timer' didn't know about their family's past. Showing them a document that gives details of the discovery. Leading them to websites etc to continue their research. Helping them to lay out their tree for easy reference. Making contact with distant and previously unknown relatives to share their family history discoveries.
Site was easy to navigate however the translation and spelling was awful. The content on the site wasn't as good as I anticipated.
So expensive to find where you come from
All the information on Find My Past is so useful. I love finding out more about my ancestors, where they lived and work they did. Free access weekends are a great idea as not everyone can afford to pay to view documents or a monthly subscription.
An excellent website- useful tools. I have enjoyed digging deep and finding my ancestors- I now have a comprehensive family tree.

The records shown were wrong. Middleton in Lancashire was shown as Middlesex!!!

Paid for family tree access but subsequently established that access to death records is not included in this package. How can family tree research be carried out without such access. Subscription title is misleading.
VERY DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR BANK DETAILS REMOVED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE UNABLE TO REMOVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND NEED TO REQUEST THAT INFORMATION IS REMOVED. NUMEROUS REQUESTS VIA YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR OVER A WEEK WHO ADVISED THAT MY BANK DETAILS HAD BEEN REMOVED BUT WHERE VISABLE TO ME.
Just joined "Find My Past". Enjoying being able to look at the 1921 Census of course but many other features also very useful for adding information to my existing extensive family tree, so a good start.
