Great source for 1921 census with easy navigation and able to find information I couldn’t find on other sites. Would recommend.
The site is user friendly. Information easily accessible
Wasn’t that easy to navigate around the app but could be due to only having a free limited access
After a break of several years, I've returned to Find my Past to continue my search for ancestors. I received a very helpful new beginning today from Annie in Customer Service - that initial welcome is so important - and my previous experience of the company was always very positive, so here goes with another exploration into the past and if there's information to be found, it will be found at Find my Past.
Quick and helpful
Joanna helped immediately.
Overall fairly disappointed, I'm really struggling with some aspects of the sight. Without any instructions and very little guidance it take too much time to find out how things work and when you get an unexpected result more time to undo. When/if things go right its OK.
Moved my tree from Ancestry hoping to access 1921 census . Turns out you have to pay premium rates - over £17 a month - for this. Also working on my tree is much more clunky and I keep getting ‘hints’ about random unrelated people .Even if I wanted to explore further I would have to pay more for the dubious privilege. This site is even more of a rip off than Ancestry sadly. I won’t be extending my month’s membership.
Whilst the help system is efficient as regard response time, those who respond do not seem to understand the problem users encounter wven when screenshots are sent. Thye are convinced that their website is 'all singing, all dancing' but when a particualt issue arises they send a totally different solution unless one keeps on at them or you solve it yourself.
I found it much more difficult to navigate and find the information I wanted when compared to Ancestry.
Free access to many sources of information
I needed to look at 1939 register, which gave me the information I needed. Also being able to access newspapers was helpful.

Too expensive. The inability to view MY data, which I have already paid for and downloaded without taking out another subscription
When I first tried FMP I was very disappointed and came up blank. Then I started looking at the 1921 census and I was hooked. So much still to find out about my family.
Does exactly as it says it will do. The household members highlighted by the green squares was very helpful.
Find My Past is the second main source of information I use for family tree research. The 1921 Census is a very useful addition for me.
Very good site to find information. Easy to use.
Fantastic free offer over Remembrance weekend allowed me to source information I had not seen before such as 1921 census.
I was able to use the free weekend to find out a little information about my fathers war service.
