A lady named 'Annie' fixed a problem I'd encountered when trying to open a record. It was corrected within two days, so many thanks, Annie, my compliments to you!

How can a company take money from a customer when not giving consent, especially so much. Yes I did say I would try it I think I did it once, and then I had to start attending hospital appointments, and was unable to continue. I feel it is wrong that money was taken without consent.

When you click on information about a probable ancestor you are told to pay more to see it.

Yes, am enjoying exploring the site… still getting used to little best ways to use the site and differences between phone app and website on computer!

There is quite a lot of useful data but the UI is terrible and the same information comes up multiple times in the search which makes it confusing. No way to merge duplicates. Multiple ways to edit relationships but most don't update! Basic level is useless. Full access is too expensive.

I needed to end my subscription due to rising cost of living over winter. I spoke to a lovely helpful lady Joanna who understood. She cancelled my subscription & now I can relax. But I will rejoin asap.

Liked the layout, and the resources available. I would love to join, however the cost is out of my budget.

A question to the support team was answered very badly, with no understanding of my problem and a very dismissive response.

It is generally easy to find out what I want and there are a lot of records to search. I like the parish collections for baptisms, marriages and burials as I find them very useful.

The tree function: I dislike how it is impossible to merge two persons each with many records who have perhaps several marriages and children and step children. It is impossible to assign the children to the right parents it prefers always the step parent present on the first record attached. It is good for searching records but error messages come up too often. Also once a new record is entered into the tree of a woman often her name changes to that of the married name, to attach further records she has disappeared from the tree search hiding behind the married name. would like a reward scheme where those who take the time to correct incorrect transcriptions are rewarded for their efforts, with say a reduction in subscription costs. but overall well done and thankyou

There are lots of records and lots of information including newspaper articles etc so it is a great site to use to research your family history. Unfortunately the price was a factor for me otherwise I would have happily kept on using.
