Great devices. They are just what I needed.
Eufy robot vacuum cleaners are great until they get stuck in some obscure corner. Initial map setup depends on mapping the whole area, then resting on charger before the map can be edited gor no go areas. This editing should be allowed ‘on the fly’ so the specific problem is clear. I still like my eufy.
Nothing helps my problem
Ordering, installation, and setup was easy. Programming instructions were pretty much based in trial and error. The AI recognition is just ok since a flag blowing in the wind causes an event, but overall excellent product with respect to image quality and app usage.
The actual delivery was a nightmare but after everything finally arrived, things look pretty good. Waiting for the windows app!
There was damage to the box upon arrival. Crushed in. The box was sealed in a gray plastic package. There appears to be no damage to the product.
Got exactly what I wanted
I ordered a wired doorbell camera and found out the wiring in the house was damaged. The Eufy customer service made it easy for me to return it and exchange it for a wireless version.
So far I really Like Eufy door bell
Initially I bought three outdoor solar cameras from another company. I had to return all three as they were defective. I bought two outdoor and two indoor cams from Eufy and they have been great. EASY TO SET UP; GOOD SUPPORT.

the smart sock has given me such a peace of mind as a ftm and the breast pump works wonders. it honestly emptied me out every time and i have a oversupply at 2w pp. i was hesitant from the other bad reviews but find what works for YOU. i love eufy and how everything for me and baby is all on one app
I am going through a horrible experience. I ordered the items almost 3 weeks ago. I still have not received them. I called you guys and the representative said it’s on its way. You have to wait for 10 business days before you can call to inquire about it. It will be great if somebody can check what’s going on and let me know.

Er gaat steeds van alles mis, ook is het systeem zo traag dat als er iemand aan belt je een aantal minuten later het bericht binnen krijgt. Zodra er een klacht wordt gemeld, alleen de standaard berichten, je moet van alles aanleveren en een oplossing moet je altijd zelf zoeken. Het bedrijf werkt totaal niet mee. Sluit ij de rest van deze review schrijvers aan, klanten service is verschikkelijk ,alleen maar standaard berichten van een computer volgens ons, want een normaal mens of bedrijf reageert zo niet. KOOP HIER NIET Net weer een nieuwe shime gekocht, niet te koppelen. Stop er mee
Do not purchase from these guys They are no reliable, they use a courier that only has an automated line and do not help when things go wrong sending standard emails - Avoid at all cost and dont make the same mistake I did
