Great company. Kept me informed about when, where, and why my package had issues with processing a repair. (It is difficult to get a receipt from HSN.) But they emailed me each day to inform me of the processing. I would definitely buy from this company again! I wish other companies had this type of customer service.

Decent Video Quality, But Inconsistent Recording & Poor Scheduling Options I’ve been using Eufy security cameras for more than two years now, and while the video quality is excellent, the system has some frustrating limitations. Pros: ✅ Great Video Quality ✅ No Monthly Fees – I appreciate the local storage option, which saves money compared to other subscription-based security systems. Cons: ❌ Inconsistent Recording – One of the biggest issues is reliability. I had an incident where someone entered my garden, and only one of my two cameras recorded their entrance—but not their exit! This happens often and defeats the purpose of a security system if it doesn’t capture full-motion events. ❌ Lack of Notification Scheduling – There’s no way to group or schedule notifications, which is a nightmare during the daytime. Constant alerts make the system more annoying than useful. ❌ When motion is recorded it only records up to 20 / 60 or 120 seconds and it stops with an interval between triggers at 5 seconds it lacks prompt recording. Overall, Eufy has potential, but its recording reliability and notification system need serious improvement. If you’re looking for a fully dependable security system, these issues should be considered before purchasing. Very disappointed with my Edge Ultimate Bundle purchase, also the products need to be registered to get the guarantee cover and in my case, the HDD SSD has broken and I couldn't get a replacement

The filter holding prefilter was lost. This was my fault. All I wanted was to purchase a replacement. I discovered the part was not available from Eufy and that is unacceptable. Countless hours were spent scouring the web trying to find the part bit none were to be found. Every part was available except that one. This left me with an expensive robot vacuum that was useless. Finally, after months of waiting the part became available. I ordered and received the part. The new part did not snap securely in place like the original but so far it is working. Glad to finally have the robot working again but unsure the part will last and concerned about parts availability in the future.

Don’t sell to ATT users. can not get on 2,4ghz After repeatedly trying by my self then talking on the phone. Later a technician came out to no avail. Now I am stuck with a (for me) useless piece of plastic. I would like to return since it has taken me over a month to work with multiple people trying to get the doorbell to connect with my Wi-Fi and now I am past the 30 day return window.

Absolutely the worst, non-existent customer service. No clear number for support, email and chat, have been going back and forth about replacing or refund of defective product, this is the second time I have had defective equipment sent to me, what are the odds that out of 8 pieces 2 have been defective. Save yourself the trouble and stick to a more reliable company, they should have stuck with baby monitors. **update:2/8/2025 Received email with a list of new troubleshooting procedures, it stated hidden in the procedure, if this doesn’t work we may consider replacement “ “If and may are key words folks”

Justin was very helpful. He was easy to understand, and my needs were speedily handled. He also sent me an email with all I needed to know about replacing the battery in my robotic cleaner. It was very clear and easy to follow. The battery came quickly and my Eufy is back to cleaning my floors.

BUYER BEWARE! After less than 1 year, our robot mop/vacuum has broken down. A nightmare trying to get a response from the company - emails and messages unanswered, no working phone line. After spending £250 on spare parts which failed to fix the problem, we now have a very expensive brick in the corner of our kitchen.
