These cameras are not what I expected. The sensors miss lots of motion. The battery solar charger doesn’t charge very well. I can’t go to live from the thumbnail notification on the cameras. I went from ring camera system to eufy and I though I was upgrading come to find out that’s not the case. I reached out to the company to try and send back and the response is that it would be a hassle for me to rebox and pay for the shipping my self to send back so they offer me 20 dollars to keep something I’m not happy with. I spent well over 1100 dollars on this system and I’m not excited about the cameras. Less excited about the response from customer services. Not recommending this product.
Hi there is still chance to help me please. I love our product but sadly the motor seems to have stopped working only 2 months after buying it. We hardly run euffy, we’ve followed the guidance to fix it and also emailed the support line but it’s really difficult to reach without a phone number. Please customer service when you read this please help me, I bought euffy as I’m currently injured and can’t clean the floor myself and I find it so stressful the longer the issue goes on. I’ve tried everything to fix it and it really isn’t working.
Ik heb zes camera's plus een deurbel / chime op de Homebase 3 aangesloten. Waarvan vier camera's met zonnepaneel buiten. Homebase 3 met 2TB SD schijf uitgebreid. Probleem 1: Grootste probleem overigens. Installatie ging goed en alles werkte snel en naar behoren. Echter een paar maanden later opeens geen meldingen meer. Homebase 3 opnieuw gestart en alles werkte weer. Maar nu moet ik iedere week de Homebase 3 opnieuw opstarten. AI uitgezet (doet nl niks), alles camera's op 1080p gezet, firmware gecheckt. Werkt helaas niet. Daar koop ik geen beveiligingssysteem voor. Probleem 2: Verder krijg ik vaak iemand aan de deur die ik niet te woord kan staan omdat die %$#^ Eufy opeens geen verbinding kan maken. Ring werkte altijd. Probleem 3: De ene keer werkt zonnepaneel wel, de andere keer een melding dat deze niet is aangesloten. Maar hij laadt wel op (?!?). Probleem 4: Afstellen van zones waarbinnen meldingen moeten worden gegeven. Werkt niet. Krijg continue meldingen dat er beweging is ver buiten de afgestelde zones. Probleem 5: Groepsbediening ingesteld. Mooi stukje software... als het werkt ja. Instellen dat je tijdelijk alla camera's aan of uit wilt zetten (als je in de tuin bezig bent) kun je beter via de Homey instellen want in de Eufy app werkt het NIET. Excuses van een of andere Eufy medewerker zit ik niet op te wachten, oplossingen graag ! En snel, dit is geen goedkoop kinderprul wat mensen aanschaffen. 23-02-24: En inderdaad het standaard antwoord van Eufy. En weer wordt er niks opgelost.

I was able to live chat and figure out how to set up the extra solar panel for my camera. Great service and very thorough when they explain how to fix your problem.
I am very pleased with my purchase of the S1 Pro. It has done everything it says it would. It’s better than the what the competitors offer especially the obstacle avoidance. The mopping is the best on the market. Vacuuming performance could be better but I’m not too worried about that aspect.
Shipment never arrived, appears to have been lost
Fast shipping. Good product and a great value...We have 2 dogs and this little robot vac is worth it's weight in gold. Let it run every day to almost eliminate all the hair laying on the floor and under the couch, chairs and tables. Should've got one years ago.
The chat associate was abot to direct me to the exact item I needed to order. Shipping was timely. Product recieved was just what I ordered.

Camera's are great - this is the 5th one I have purchased. Great integration with the app. Very easy to setup and use and build quality seems really great!

I purchased a Eufy Indoor Camera, and experienced a design flaw. Returning this camera is a chore, which leads me to believe, is intentional. The camera has a design flaw. Because I have purchased MANY expensive products from Eufy, I had no reason to believe the return process would be as difficult as it is. The camera is delivered in a non-reusable bag, and a packing box is not provided. The consumer has to find a box sized just right to ship the product back. The consumer is also responsible for shipping costs. This process has left a bad taste in my mouth, and may influence my decision to purchase another Eufy product in the future.

Strong suction! I also love the heating feature as it helps my milk production. I use this as my primary pump and nothing else. I only wish it had a measuring sensor or a sensor that will automatically stop the pumps if they’re about to overflow.
