Absolutely love this pump! It is so much more comfortable compared to my other pump and I believe because of the heat feature I am able to pump way more. I only pump 1-2 times a day at night only and I usually would only get 2-4oz total each pump and I am now pumping 7-10oz. I know that won’t always be the case for everyone, but I do believe the heat feature and comfortability definitely can make a difference.

Bought an X10 last year. Before it was delivered I noticed it had been reduced. I contacted Eufy asking if they would honour the difference in price, or I would return for a refund and re-order. They agreed to refund the difference and I promptly received an email saying the refund had been made back to my card. It never was, and I was fobbed off very time I chased. Eventually the card company did a chargeback! Very poor service. My X10 is now about 7 months old and has stopped working. As it is under warranty I have contacted them but no answer as yet. Feels like as soon as they have your money they don't care. Would never buy Eufy again as it is so difficult dealing with them post purchase.

The security system was easy to set up, provides a lot of customization options. When I had some minor questions, the support team were very friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience overall.

f I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Eufy has been absolutely horrible, and I deeply regret ever purchasing from their website. First, I requested that Eufy not send me the doorbell before it even left their warehouse, but their customer service refused to cancel the shipment. Then, when I returned the package unopened, in its original envelope using the return label they provided, they kept delaying and making excuses about the refund. One of their online chat agents even confirmed that their system showed the package was delivered to their warehouse on January 30th, yet they are still stalling. Their customer service is a nightmare—they lie, ignore requests, and conveniently refuse to send copies of chat transcripts when asked. Thankfully, I saved all the messages on my phone, and I plan to share my experience everywhere possible. Eufy is rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you value your time, stay far away from this company!

Katastrophaler Support. Man bekommt bei Problemen keine Antwort. Ich bin froh per PayPal bezahlt zu haben. So habe ich mein Geld wenigstens zurück bekommen. Eine Antwort habe ich dennoch noch nicht bekommen. Nie wieder.

Useless after just over a year and a half. Bought the C200 and it seemed ok, but the glass lens covering the camera has fallen out which makes the camera useless. Bought a new one in the hopes that it would be a straight swap, but the mount hopes are in different positions. Emailed customer support who didn’t have a clue about their products, totally disappointed and feel cheated.

Do NOT buy from eufy. They will do everything to get out of the warranty they offer if you try and claim! Eufy is a rip off company!! The email I got from eufy/Anker was a nice way to say "unlucky mate get lost" Nice one eufy/Anker Anker should know better!!! Disgusting!! My base station blue and red lights do not work, and I keep getting messages that the dirty water tank is not fitted correctly, but it just wash the mops 15 minutes ago. My eufy x9 Pro is not even a year old!!!! I will NEVER buy from eufy or Anker ever again!! Plus the RoboVac is not that good to be honest

Needed to replace the plastic gear that the square end of the main brush goes into (Eufy G40). The entire motor and casing were only $2 more than a pair of gears. Turns out I would have had to tear it apart even more to get to the gears. Biggest issue was trying to get the top plugged back into the motherboard with less than an inch clearance to fit your hand into. Replacement parts are working as expected. I wish they would consider using something stronger for high use areas or make it easier to replace. If I couldn't have fixed it, I would have replaced with a different brand. After all, why repeat a known problem.

Quite frankly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Let’s face it, every now and again a product doesn’t work as you want, but you do hope the organisation that makes it will look after you. Not Eufy!! Stay clear! If anybody is interested in the email chain I have with them you’re more than welcome to send me a note and I will send it to you. It is nothing but shocking. In short, I purchased a Robo VAC V8 from them and it had a fault, this being the base unit would not switch off from extracting from the Vac. It happens. So I return the unit to them, having sent loads of pictures and videos, before they will send me a replacement they insisted you have to buy your own boxes do this, they pay postage. 2 weeks later they send the same unit back to me with the same fault! So I reach out to them again, escalated. They say they will send a replacement asap, which I agreed to. Then, 8 days later, say I need to return the faulty unit first and they want to analyse it…. And if there is a problem then they may send me a replacement! It’s like they haven’t remembered anything they said or committed to. 2 months on, still not resolved

Customer service is awful, deceiving and products not up to the quality advertised. We had a robot vacuum which was £200, straight away we noticed it did not work at all. It took 4 weeks to get this 'resolved' and we were told a replacement would be sent out. The replacement was a second hand hoover, had marks all over it, dust inside and even a map of someone's house already on the app....clearly a returned/poorly refurbished model. Again this did not work and we requested a new hoover (not second hand), they then sent another and AGAIN it's a returned/poorly refurbished model, paint marks on the sides, dust inside and a map of someone elses house when we set up the app. This company is so dodgy, we paid full price for a new item which on delivery did not work, for it then to be replaced by a badly refurbished/clearly used model twice (even when stating we want a NEW hoover as a repalcement). This is not on. customer service is pretty terrible, honesly we hate leaving negative reviews, but were so shocked at how bad this has been and how dishonest they have been. Hard earned money spent on their products to not work and get other faulty products as a replacement (twice I add), good business model...eh!? I think not.

Not happy at all at the minute. I really like Eufy products and have several security cameras both inside and outside my house. Quality of item and and almost everything else about the product is excellent. However 2 things. I am way too old to be climbing up ladders to be pressing reset buttons when things go pear shaped. Today I wanted to view my cameras on my laptop . Well impossible up to now. Go to the app and generate a safety pin to be able to view my cameras. Well I went to the app but couldnt find anywhere to generate a pin. Surely Eufy could make it a tad simpler for not so tech savvy old fogies like me. Ok the process needs to be secure but surely it can be simplified. Looks like its up the ladder again to retrieve the sd card. Am 72 and its freezing cold outside. Dnt Eufy techies ever tgink of these things.

I have only installed 2 cameras the garage and doorbell so far. I am thoroughly impressed. I can't wait to get the other solo cams up on the corners of the house. I spent a massive amount of time researching all brands and landed on Eufy!! The only thing they could improve on is who they have shipping their product. There wasn't any protective packing inside the box and my estimated date of arrival kept getting pushed by multiple days.

Having had a doorcam for around 4 months, and being incredibly happy with it, we decided to buy two 230 solocams to replace the existing useless ones we already had from another company. Installed easily, work perfectly though Alexa. No issues at all, incredibly happy with all 3 purchases. Surprised to read the bad reviews. A real pity that the support isn't there. Hopefully I'll never need it.
