Habe ein umfangreiches Kamerasystem von eufy seit Anfang 2024 und war bisher sehr zufrieden. Nun wurde ein Appdate vorgenommen und das Umstellen auf "ich bin zu Hause oder ich bin weg" geht so gar nicht mehr. Endlos langes Warten bis die Einstellung gewählt werden kann und auch umgesetzt wird. Das wiederum bedeutet, dass man auf ein winziges Symbol haargenau klickt. Einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Wie kann man ein gut funktionierendes System auf ein so miserables umstellen??

Bought this for my mother as a Christmas gift – she’s new to robotic vacuums- she pretty much likes it, but it doesn’t go where she wants it to even if she uses the remote- said it’s a battle of wills! But she’s being patient with it! She’s named it “Felix”, like Felix the cleaning freak from the Odd Couple!

Buy OEM Parts, not the knock offs

The equipment was very easy to install, had a little difficulty getting all on same network. Not sure ifnitnisbthe HOME device or cameras that are a bit glitchy. I do not like having to round robin all the cameras for live views, sometimes a random camera will NOT go live and requires either a HOME reboot or camera. (Either way, inconvenient.) Some of the APP features did not work, like setting a privacy area. Overall, I like the cameras and their functionality when accessable. The software seems to need work.

I was worried if I was ever going to get my purchase I waited and waited trying to check on my Purchase and couldn’t get any response so I kept thinking I was scammed but I believe it was almost two weeks when I received my purchase

Slow shipping. We waited almost 3 weeks for our order. USPS must have lost it. We contacted support and they finally sent another through FedEx. Support was pretty good. I used email and chat.

Bought eufy 11S MAX for $149 using $100 coupon. Website was easy to use, received email updates, delivery as expected.

Everything is great, just misses a few things from time to time

I ordered one e340 and a e340 bundle floodlight camera. Both didn’t have a wire plug in cables. Both have three different wire set up. I guess, I’ll just go to Home Depot and buy three wire extension cord with plug and hope it will not cause a fire.

The extractor does not work, it stopped working well in just 1 week and they do not accept returns if it is opened.

I got this on sale for $130 ($70 off from the list of $200). I was looking to replace my Amazon Ring which had a lag in responding. To my surprise, I had to buy another home device for $150 to get this to work. Bottom line: it's expensive and clunky. Fixed my Ring problem by improving its wifi signal strength with a network extender. Also, the return process is odious. You have to return everything in ready to resell order, take a picture of your return, mail it in 14 days, and take a picture of the tracking number and send it to them. Not a friendly company. Keep away!!

The eufy s1 pro is the best mopping machine out in the market, a must buy I personally owned roomba mova roborock and shark and no of them compare to this beauty yes is pricey but worth it. Highly recommended.

I bought a video camera and didn’t get around to installing it for over a year. After installation it stopped working after just a few days. Although it was over a year since I purchased it, customer service re)loved it anyway. That was above and beyond and much appreciated.
