Video quality was reasonable. Setup was to convoluted - the software engineer might be comfortable with it but im, 68 years old and dont appreciate having to spend time trying to figure it out. No ability to mirror the video onto a computer/laptop All in all, a reasonable system, expensive for what it does, and does not do. Would i do it again - probably not.

The camera light is great. It does everything advertised and does it well. I highly recommend this product, I ended up buying 3 of them.
Product works as it should. Purchased directly from Eufy. I decided to return a few items, one was opened and would not work for my application. It took just shy of an act of congress to return all of it. If I purchase any additional Eufy products i will do so on any other platform with easier return policies. Customer service was ambivalent at best.
The equipment (cameras) are working well (if to forget some things like disappearing alarm sounds every day). But the real trouble is the software - adverts all over the place - as many as it does not let you work with all these tricks like a [X] click leads you directly to a new ad. Its amount is out of any decency. In addition, the last software update is very slow.
Ik heb nog nooit zo'n rampzalige ervaring gehad met een bedrijf als met Eufy. Na de aanschaf van de RoboVac L60 Hybrid SES begon de ellende direct. Mijn eerste apparaat werkte niet naar behoren en werd vervangen, maar wat kreeg ik? Een compleet verkeerd model! Na wéér contact met de klantenservice kreeg ik alsnog het juiste model, maar ook deze was defect en functioneerde niet zoals beloofd. In minder dan zes maanden tijd heb ik meerdere keren een vervangend apparaat ontvangen, en elke keer bleek er weer iets mis te zijn. De stofzuiger dwaalt doelloos rond en lijkt geen idee te hebben waar hij is. Ondanks uitgebreide communicatie met de klantenservice, inclusief het opsturen van foto's en video's zoals gevraagd, komt er nauwelijks beweging in de oplossing. En dan de grootste schande: na al deze mislukte pogingen beweert Eufy doodleuk dat ik het apparaat meer dan zes maanden probleemloos heb kunnen gebruiken – pure onzin! Als 'oplossing' bieden ze slechts 70% terugbetaling in plaats van de 100% waar ik wettelijk recht op heb. Dit druist niet alleen in tegen consumentenrechten in Europa, maar wekt ook de indruk dat dit een bewust verdienmodel is voor Eufy: ondeugdelijke producten verkopen en klanten afschepen met gedeeltelijke terugbetalingen. Mijn advies? Koop NOOIT iets van Eufy. Dit bedrijf is totaal onbetrouwbaar, biedt waardeloze service en respecteert zijn klanten niet. #Eufy #SlechteService #Consumentenbedrog #KoopGeenEufy
Very confusing! only gives 10-15 seconds of video.
Bought doorbell, solar powered camera and the homebase just over a year ago direct from Eufy.com. Everything was easy enough to set up and all worked really well. App for the phone also very easy to use. Cameras really good picture. Solar panel on the outdoor camera stopped working. Contacted customer services as they were really helpful. Products were just outside warranty but they still sent me a replacement part. Would highly recommend their products for being excellent quality and no need for any expensive subscriptions either.
Homebase along with cameras were bricked after a firmware update. They cannot be reactivated or synced, Eufy themselves confirmed the devices as nonfunctioning. Only a year old and they will not replace the defected devices. Will report this to the ombudsman - Consumer Disputes Board and will apply for a charge back through my bank. Customer service is friendly in tone, but as they are not helpful in any way I can only give a grade of 0/10 of their competence in general. One star is too much.
Absolutely horrendous to set up and customer services are a absolute joke .. only way to contact them in the UK is though email .. amazon will let me send the doorbell back for a refund .. Eufy robbing bastards said they won't refund me for the chime I bought of them only exchange so I'm stuck with it .. you've been warned use Ring or other company.
I have no choice but to go to my bank to get my £1300 back. Eufy said they would send me a shipping label so I could send back my faulty unit, but they are now refusing to send one and keep passing me back and forth. The incompetence is astounding. I want to get this sorted, but nobody seems to do a thing to help their customers. I asked for a replacement unit eight days ago, and they are refusing to send a shipping label so I can send the faulty unit back.
schicken nicht mal ne Rechnung... --> Software schlecht, Bildqualität schlecht, ewige Lieferzeiten, Langsame verbindung, alles in allem Schlechte Produkte und noch schlechterer Shop und Support. Die Konkurenz liefert hier deutlich mehr (z.b. unifi)

From October 2024 have some issues with purchase plan for IP cameras, Apple charge my account on apple (eufy subscription) but eufy app shown there is no active subscription ! (i am a tech guy so i understand carefully what to do) when i contact the customer service. they just tell me send the screenshots and etc. then they kind of forgot about me ?! i contact again with same case number. so they ask me again send the screenshots and etc + remove the app ad reset the camera, you not believe it but till now when i contact them with same case number they are do same thinks.
I am new coustemer, I been ring coustemer for long time because of cost of recording come to eufy doorbell and security camera I been calling eufy customer service for weeks no reply , service is very bad
We have been long-term Aker and eufy (Security and Cleaning) products users and advocates and spent £1000s with the company. Unfortunately it turned out that these products are only good when they work, once you require technical support from Anker - it is not forthcoming. We have a eufy security system with cameras covering exterior and interior of the property connected to the s380 HomeBase. Three days ago all of the external (but not internal) devices went out at the same time. As you can imagine we got extremely concerned that someone has sabotaged them and contacted eufy helpline. First of all, they are impossible to reach on the phone, the best you can do is send them an email and wait for a response. When they respond, it turns out that they cannot do anything apart from advise you to switch the devices off and back on again. For anything more complicated they re-direct you the the engineering team and you have to wait for additional two working days for a response. Given the issue we experienced, we have been waiting for 72 hours to get robbed whilst eufy are getting their act together. In the meantime we realized that eufy have updated their app and the most probable cause of the issue is a software glitch (one camera subsequently reconnected further to the update, but two others are still off), which means that it is likely that this is not an isolated issue and eufy are well aware of the problem. The only reason why I am not giving eufy 1* is because so far the system worked OK and the assembly quality is decent, but when the time comes to replace the system we will be looking for a different brand with better support.
