Been using eufy home camera`s for several months now and find that even when you set zones it does not record long enough, it stops and then you miss what you want. The phone app is so slow that yet again by the time the chosen camera you want loads anything you need to see has gone. Would i recommend eufy NO NO NO.
Absolut katastrophal der Kundenservice und die Qualität. Ich habe drei S330, eine S340 und zwei externe Solarmodule. Zwei der S330 hatten das erste halbe Jahr massive Probleme mit der Verbindung. Diese wurden mehrfach getauscht. Teilweise gegen gebrauchte. Nach Beschwerden dann gegen neue. Soweit so gut. Nun 1,5 Jahre später verbinden sich die S330 überhaupt nicht mehr mit Homebase. Außerdem löst sich bei zwei S330, der S 340 und bei beiden externen Solarmodul das Solar. Kundenservice gibt es bei Eufy garnicht mehr! Eufy beruft sich, dass es nur 12 Monate Gewährleistung gibt. Hier mal ein Beispiel: Die S340 wurde am 27.02.2024 gekauft und am 28.02.2024 geliefert. Am 27.02.2025 habe ich ein Garantieantrag gestellt. Hier die Antwort: „Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich an uns gewandt und uns detaillierte Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Zeit und Mühe dabei. Nach Überprüfung Ihrer Bestelldaten bedauere ich, Ihnen mitteilen zu müssen, dass die 12-monatige Garantiezeit für Ihr Produkt am 27.02.2025 leider abgelaufen ist. Unter normalen Umständen sind wir nicht in der Lage, Garantieleistungen für Bestellungen zu erbringen, die außerhalb der Garantie liegen.“ Wir haben 24 Monate Gewährleistung! Da solle Eufy mal seien Mitarbeiter schulen! Beschwere bei der Verbraucherzentrale ist gestellt! HÄNGE WEG VON DIESER FIRMA

The ability for the unit to manage 5 rooms on one level isn’t impressive. I was hoping for better mapping skills.
The L60 really cleans and the mapping and scheduling of the app are all 5 star. Only problem we have is the living room carpet must be too thick because it keeps stopping and saying the roller brush is stuck but isn’t. We just hit the app button and it starts again. Do it a few times and it continues on till the job is done.
S1 breast pump is amazing, often get more expressed than my Spectra.

My app was updated while away - which meant I had to re-instal the cameras - not possible if you are 100 miles away. What a stupid system.
Took too long between the time I ordered and the time I received it it took 5 days just to receive a shipping date.
I asked several times if they were recommending the correct replacement wheel after giving them my model number as well as sending photos and videos via the support chat. I was assured that it was correct. Not only was it for the incorrect model it for the wrong wheel.
Very easy and smooth purchase experience on the website. The offer codes work correctly and the system tells the real status of the items. The website is clean and easy to navigate. I would recommend folks to buy from here because it seemed to me that other resellers might sell an older version because in my case, the item was available elsewhere but had a 10 days shipping time on eufy.com, and it actually shipped around that time. So who knows, just thinking! Thanks.
Product was just what I needed. I do have a question re: the wired cleaners on the bottom of the unit. When do you know they need replaced? Mine are getting a little bent.

Purchased Pathway lights and it has made a great difference in the way our walkway looks as well as given us safety and security. They came quickly and were easy to install. So much nicer than solar lights. Definitely a modern look. It is nice you can dim them. I probably will not use all the different colors, but if you are into that, these would work great. One thing I would like them to add is a candle flickering mode. I am glad to see they updated the app and now you can control your lights on the same app as your cameras.
This is my third time pumping (currently exclusively so) but first time with a Eufy. I consider myself fairly experienced with other brands of wearables, pumps, cups, flanges, etc. I am surprisingly impressed that I can get the same or almost same amount with Eufy as I get with my main pump (Spectra S1). I use it about 1-2 times a day while on the go. I am a DD/DDD cup and with a baggy shirt these aren’t even that obvious. Things I’ve done this week while using Eufy: shopped at Costco, took my kids to swim class, drove, went to the bus stop, etc. The price is much more affordable than wearables in the past. My only regret is not having these the last two times I had kids and was pumping. The app works well and hasn’t had any glitches or frustrations.
Website is poorly organized and not intuitive. I was eventually able to excavate the information I needed to make an educated decision. Chat helped me know where to dig, I suppose.
We ordered the doorbell on 2/11/25, it has not been delivered as of today, 2/26/25. We have contacted UPS, USPS, the post office and Eufy customer service. No one can tell me where it is or when it will be delivered. It is completely unacceptable. I will be requesting a refund and going to a company that can get their product delivered timely.
The mopping function of my unit did not work. I reached out several times to customer service. After sometime I received a response back, and eventually a replacement part, which did not fix the problem.
