I purchased the EUFY P3 scale specifically to track body composition metrics like body fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration, and protein levels. Unfortunately, this product fails miserably at delivering accurate readings—except for weight, which, let’s be honest, has been reliably measured for centuries.Body Fat Readings Are Completely OffI maintain a highly disciplined fitness lifestyle—no sugar, no alcohol, daily sports (weights, cardio, sauna, ice baths), and a balanced diet supplemented by professional evaluations at gyms and health stores. My actual body fat percentage is 14-15%, confirmed by professional-grade devices like InBody.However, the Eufy P3 claims my body fat is 30%! That’s an error of nearly 15 kg of fat! If you know what 1 kg of fat looks like in volume, you’d understand how absurd this is. The scale also inaccurately states that my muscle mass is only 62 kg, while professional devices consistently measure it at 84 kg. Adding to the insult, it flags my protein levels as below average and classifies me as "Obese"—a complete joke.Fails Across the Board – Not Just for MeThinking it was an isolated issue, my wife (45 kg, highly fit, and a regular at the gym) tested the scale. Guess what? The P3 labeled her as "Obese." This is beyond inaccuracy—it’s completely unreliable.Lack of Proper Sensors & Poor AlgorithmUnlike professional-grade body composition scales, the Eufy P3 lacks the necessary foot sensors to measure bioelectrical impedance properly. It appears to rely on generic algorithmic estimations rather than real body data. I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Homebase 3 security system. I purchased the system with five cameras and a doorbell camera, expecting a reliable security solution. However, after just seven months, the Homebase stopped recognizing my additional hard drive and is no longer saving video recordings. For nearly a month, I have been going back and forth via phone and email, following all troubleshooting steps provided, including resetting the Homebase twice and even paying out of pocket to have my cameras removed and re-paired. Despite multiple firmware updates, the issue remains unresolved. Initially, their team was responsive, but as it became evident that a resolution was not in sight, communication slowed significantly. I was ultimately informed that, since I purchased a refurbished unit from Amazon—something I was unaware of at the time—there is nothing more they can do. The only offer extended was a vague discount on a future purchase, with no clear instructions on how to redeem it or the exact value. I have invested hundreds of dollars into this system, and it is deeply frustrating to be left with malfunctioning equipment after such a short period. While the cameras and features are excellent when they work, the Homebase’s reliability and the lack of clear customer support have made this a very negative experience. I would appreciate a direct and meaningful resolution to this issue, as simply offering an unspecified discount on future purchases is not an acceptable solution. The only reason I’m even remotely considering purchasing another Homebase system is because I already have all of these cameras installed on my home. It's disappointing to see that this company doesn't even take the time to provide individualized responses to customer complaints. Instead, they rely on standard automated replies to anyone who leaves negative feedback, which speaks volumes about how much they truly value their customers.
Na een laatste update een week geleden is de app heel traag als er aan word gebeld komt die 5 minuten later op me telefoon binnen Als ik de app open duurt het ruim een minuut voor die doorgeladen is Hoop er snel een nieuwe update komt
This company is like most these days - no customer service. No phone #, no live person to speak with, etc. If anyone here has there staff contact information, please post it. I have 5 cameras in the original packaging, never opened, and they say I cannot return. Just wait until I do the credit card dispute, the BBB complaint and contact the Attorney General. I decimated the fraudulent gutter company and have no qualms in doing it to you. If you are a Chinese company, get the hell out of the US.
Der "lebenslange Kundenservice" von Eufy ist ein absoluter Witz! Egal wann man dort anruft.....die Leitung ist zur Zeit überlastet. Technische Probleme mit den Sicherheitskameras können sie auch nicht wirklich lösen- zumindest bisher noch nicht. Habe selten so einen schlechten Kundenservice gesehen. Wenn man so mit Kunden umgeht, darf Anker/ Eufy sich nicht wundern, wenn man zu einem professionellen Unternehmen wechselt. Werde mich auch noch an den Verbraucherschutz Hessen wenden. Die vorgefertigte Antwort auf diese Bewertung, die ja demnächst folgt, passt zu dem Unternehmen!! Nur schlecht.....leider muß ich einen Stern geben :o(
Terrible customer service and poor product quality. We purchased robocalls X10. The first one broke. After a long back and forth they sent a replacement. The replacement did not work properly from the beginning. Customer service no longer care and ignore all complaints. Anyone else in this position. I strongly recommend you go the small claims court route. They cannot win in court and you will get your money back.
The customer service from Eufy is perhaps the worst I’ve ever experienced. We bought a robot vacuum which worked well for two weeks and then broke. I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement part but instead, they asked me to return the whole unit, which I did using a courier label that they sent me. 2 days later, I received an email to tell me that the box had arrived empty and asking if I had sent the wrong box! I very clearly informed them I had not (I event sent a video from my ring camera showing the delivery driver clearly lugging a heavy box out of my drive) and asked someone to call me asap. To date no one has called me and instead I simply receive a stock email that makes no sense to every email I send and no phone call. Clearly, their courier or someone at their warehouse has stolen the unit (which has magically disappeared from my eufy app) and eufy are unwilling to take any responsibility at all and instead tell me they can’t do anything. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid!
Great cameras. We have 4, 2 indoor, 2 outdoor. Love it doesn't require a subscription. Picture quality is fantastic. Highly recommend!
Welgeteld 25 maanden geleden een Eufy Cam Pro 2 aangeschaft bij Mediamarkt. De Eufycam hing ''droog'' onder de carport en is ruim 19 maanden in gebruik geweest. Afgelopen week wil ik de camera opladen en tijdens het opladen constateer ik dat de accu niet meer wordt opgeladen en op 15% blijft staan. Naar de Mediamarkt gegaan en zij verwijzen naar de fabrikant. Contact opgenomen met klantenservice. Na eerst een heel verhaal over dat de 24 maand voorbij zijn ontstaat er toch een stukje menselijkheid. De medewerker geeft aan dat ik gezien de aanschafwaarde en het soort product zou mogen verwachten dat de camera een stuk langer mee gaat dan 24 maanden. Echter door beperkingen van het systeem zegt de klantenservice helaas niks te kunnen doen en kan het alleen kortingscodes van 15% - 20% aanbieden. Hoewel ik begrijp dat producten niet eeuwig meegaan, zou ik gezien het minimale gebruik toch echt een andere levensduur verwachten. Uiteraard laat ik het hier niet bij zitten en zou het prettig zijn als Eufy zelf met een passende oplossing komt (vervang product / reparatie). Aan andere reviews te zien moet dit ook zeker mogelijk zijn.
I installed eufy's HomeBase 2 and Video Doorbell on 19/11/2024 and the installation went like a dream - no problems whatsoever - 5-star rating for this. No problems at all until the app front end updated a week or so ago but me not aware of any problems until yesterday 'cos the bell and the notifications worked as expected. The battery on the doorbell needed re-charging so I removed it from the door and re-charged it - no problem, but when I came to use the app, all my devices were missing from the app which I thought strange. I therefore attempted to add the devices again last night. Whilst the app installed the HomeBase 2 device without any issues, when it came to the doorbell, it could not sync with the base unit. The problem I had was the following: I followed the instructions on the app, scanning the QRCode after I selecting the appropriate device on screen, holding the SYNC button for 2 seconds after which I heard a beep as expected. The screen changed on my mobile to show a SAMPLE QRCode on screen and an instruction saying I needed to scan the QRCode on the back of the doorbell but there was no facility to do this on the screen presented, despite me already scanning the code prior to this new instruction. At the bottom of the screen was some text "Scanned Failed" and a button marked "Next". As the code was already scanned I clicked the "Next" button and waited for the doorbell to sync with the base unit - it failed to sync. I spent hours trying to sort this out, deleting the app, re-setting the doorbell and the base unit each time and attempting to sync the doorbell with the base unit to no avail. During this process the doorbell was placed directly next to the base unit in an attempt to ensure the signal received by the base unit. Me very disappointed with this eufy product despite my initial enthusiasm during November & December last year, and January through to yesterday, but since my experience attempting to just re-charge the battery on the doorbell - NOT GOOD ENOUGH eufy. I suspect some programmer/developer has not tested this aspect of syncing the doorbell to the base unit in relation to the app changes. I say this because the experience of trying to sync them does not make sense when one follows the instructions on-screen. I was charged what I consider a lot of money for this door bell after researching all the alternatives available, but if I knew at the time of ordering what I know now, I would not purchase this product despite it offering me everything I desired in a video doorbell. What makes it even worse, when I attempted to ring eufy in UK and speak to someone, the phone number not recognised despite me attempting numerous times. For eufy's information, I have screen grabs taken in sequence which indicate the issue, if they interested.
We have purchased a £800 robot vacuum from this company and they have had problems with it from the very beginning, they have replaced it once, the new one is faulty and now they are ignoring all emails. The customer service team are very poor. Highly recommend you never purchase any product from them

Bestel hier niet!!!! Levertijd onjuist 2maand wachten. Klantendienst Christophe super onredelijk ,valt niet mee te communiceren!!! Ze luisteren niet naar klant en sturen onvolledig bestelling op tegen de wil van klant en rekenen retour kosten aan op rekening van klant. Voor hun fout dan nog .Ik heb dit betaald en geretourt ik was gewoon blij van deze firma af te zijn het zijn oplichters. Als je bij bestelling alleen irritant communicatie hebt wat dan bij suport na verkoop. Ik was nochthans zeer begripvol en geduldig en beleefd. Zij vinden het fijn dat ze macht hebben over klant en doen wat ze willen. Prijzen zijn ook te hoog tov andere sites.
Returns are a nightmare. Still waiting for my money to be refunded. They don't pay for return shipping. The unit was advertised as 3 in 1 vacuum, mop, stick vacuum. But it doesn't have mop. Returned received over 10 days ago. Now they claim they never received it. Still waiting for my money. Buy from Costco or best buy not eufy.
