My second Eufy. Had the last one for 6 years, run at least twice daily picking up dog hair. Battery finally gave up. Rather than replacing the battery, at $149 it was a no-brainer to replace it. Other than wear from bumping, and emptying dirt cup, the plastic housing was solid. Amazing product!

"RUDE & INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" was my experience per my in person phone call my initial communication was thru the Eufy app as a warranty claim on 12-28-2024 haven't received any verification of my warranty claims so I called on 01-03-2025 5:59pm EST. wasted forty minutes of my Life will never get back. Here's is a condensed version how the conversation went........ Bought two cameras needed a replacement cable, one of the two cameras was not delivered so a refund was issued I was accused of returning both cameras so I "Was not entitled to anything" she did not want to deal with my explanation so in no uncertain terms I was told to email any warranty issues I still had. informed her "I had" haven't received a response from Eufy that's why I called was told response would be from Anker found the email so I responded ,still to this day 01-13-2025 haven't received any cables, Jan 4 2025 was the last email confirming cables would be sent [#TNW897950962] and further since Eufy and Anker are one in the same I am reconsidering any future purchases and recommendations of Eufy as well as Anker products. In the market for a whole house power backup system, based on how my Eufy warranty is being handled "Anker is questionably consideration!"

I love the Eufy L35 robot vacuum. Since I added the self empty attachment which I ordered from Eufy.com, it’s awesome!! The customer support was great!

The best home security cameras and app. Very intuitive and easy setup system. We have the doorbell camera and 4 cameras pro kit with the 1TB HomeBase S380. Very pleased with the application ease of use and cameras performance. Will be expanding to full Eufy security systems which includes alarms, door sensors, and motion sensors.

Poor customer service and communication. I received my orders in a plastic package. The order was delayed. Requested to return before opening but was denied.

I was hoping the original eufy parts would eliminate how noisy my unit has gotten, but it is still noisier than it use to be.

I have used 2 other hands free pumps and these are by far the most effective. The suction is great, I get a good amount of milk out, just as much as my regular pump. The battery lasts a few days, mind you I use it 3 times a day. The travel case is great, small and chic. The back cover is a genius idea, it keeps the pump free of lint. I got it on sale and am extremely happy with it.

I was looking for a mounting bracket for my T8210. I chatted with support on two different occasions. Once to have them give me the wrong part number, then a second time to inform them of their mistake. Then they have me ANOTHER wrong part number. After spending almost $20 on two wrong brackets, I was told Eufy, the company that manufactured the T8210, doesn't carry replacement brackets, and was referred to eBay.
