We made some changes to the numbers our calls are forwarded to. I don't normally have to do anything within the admin area of the system so I was a bit lost on where to find/change things. I rang and also emailed support. Both times I was through to someone straight away and even my email was responded to within an hour with very detailed screen shots of where to go. VERY HELPFUL, a very pleasant unexpected surprise. Please tell John B and Simona that they've done a great job.

Fantastic customer service (Thanks Lia) needed a customer message for our phones over the Christmas holiday and Lia sorted this for us in less than a day. Our customers often tell us how helpful our phone staff are which I can only pass on to eReceptionist as a big thank you. If like us you don't have staff available to man the phones 24-7 then I can only recommend eReceptionist live customer support service. I would say their live service and the ability for our customer to speak to a human rather than a robot is probably saving us £1000's in potentially lost sales.
