We didn't sign up for this service and so far we haven't been able to contact anyone to cancel the service we didn't sign up for. It may be a great service but not when you didn't sign up for it. after posting this they had the matter resolved within 2 hours.

I've been with eReceptionist for quite a while ... always customer service were helpful ... it worked for me very well especially the basic call forwarding it just forward calls no ifs no buts... today i had a problem and Eve D. Sort it out in no time and she was exceptional by handling the inquiry.
Asked for a service upgrade to have live receptionist on the call. The final fee structure was not agreed and we were charged a significant amount. When we tried to address this - the customer service was initially poor, but their follow up and subsequent engagement was very timely and well executed. Thank you John B for the continued efforts and I am impressed with your resilience and perseverance to ensure a swift resolution.

Excellent service from Simona I have used the service for about two years and can only say good things about it. Reliable and fast customer service. The only reason I left was that my business needs changed. I will definitively come back to eReceptionist next time I need a VoIP service.
