Bonjour, Impossible de faire activer son numéro. J'ai demandé un numéro pour la création de ma société, pub et affiches en cours avec le numéro demandé. Celui-ci a été coupé au bout de 2 jours. Malgré envoi des documents demandés le numéro n'est toujours pas validé. Je suis prêt à changer mon avis si mon numéro est activé très rapidement.

This is a great service. The calls are managed until a person accepts the call. We use the call forwarding feature. This ensures that calls get sent sequentially through a list of numbers, until someone answers. If nobody is available, the call gets diverted to their voicemail systems, which emails you the voice message. We highly recommend this service.

Not for the first time my phone is not receiving calls placed through my 0800 number but showing as missed calls on the system .... Saturday 3rd October and I’ve calculated you have cost me £2000 so far today ... trying to contact customer support is a joke .... the same thing happened last week and they blamed EE ....all of a sudden my bills have gone from £11 a month to £100 .. after the last fiasco you promised me a credit but it has not materialised Sham of a company

I discovered that the business phone number I had marketed for several months was not working and spent more than an hour listening to jangling piano music, getting through to people that couldn't help and then having the line go dead. I have no idea how long the line has not worked and how much lost business this has caused me during this crucial period. Given that this is meant to be a phone answering service it's beyond ironic that no-one answers the phone! I would not recommend this business on the basis of my experience today and will be looking to switch asap. 48hrs later - still no service. Everyone calling my business gets a dead line saying that the number is not in service. How many customers am I losing and how much marketing spend has been wasted because of this? No-one has called with an update. No estimated time to repair. Excuses about staff working remotely. Very poor service - still...

After a bad review and a feedback of receptionist, I changed the notation from 1 to 5 stars. Their customer service is good. I didn't receive the email asking to provide the KBIS, that's why they closed our account. Thanks to you

Provided a good service for our community COVID response helpline. Took a little getting used to setting up the interface for phone routing and the voicemail service. But it did what we wanted to and was convenient to set-up. The community uses this service for other helplines.

Awful company! Avoid at all costs. Very rude customer service, awful policies and very outdated system. There are much better services out there, I do not recommend at all.

Just a very bad service. The phone number didn't work, it was possible to call from it but not to it, the voice mail functions are too basic and when I just had the setup done after hours of work they just suspended my account. I don't even bother to reopen it, i'll just use Grasshopper.
