A member of our team updated our office address on the system on Friday. I understand the eReceptionist system then automatically suspended the phone number in response and afterwards sent an email asking for the documents to be updated. This all happened on a Friday and the email was missed, so our phones were off all weekend (with a message telling anyone who called us that our number was suspended). Luckily, I tried to login on the Monday and discovered the issue. I was told that the suspension was 'per the terms and conditions'. I pointed out that their system should not allow someone to change the address without uploading the documents (if they are needed) and/or should issue a warning. I was told that the terms and conditions do note the requirement for updated documents and that the staff member could have called to change the address by phone and would have been warned by phone. I pointed out that if that is the process that clients need to follow to avoid service withdrawal, then they shouldn't enable clients to make the changes online. The agent was sympathetic but that does little to repair the damage done. We will be looking for alternatives as a matter of urgency. The company doesn't seem to appreciate how critical / damaging it is to a business to lose their phone coverage, which for a business telephony company is not acceptable.

Cliente depuis 2012. Arrêt du contrat juillet 2022, depuis il me prélève tous les mois 26.28€ !!!! pourquoi ?? aucune idée.... Aucune possibilité pour de les joindre au téléphone afin d'arrêter les prélèvement abusifs. J'ai arrêté avec eux car : - Hausse financière de leurs prestations - Dernier logiciel interne de gestion peu agréable et peu performant. Assez compliqué d'utilisation dès qu'il faut changer quelque chose - Maintenant très long pour obtenir une réponse et s'il y a une réponse c'est par mail - Pas de suivi clientèle, encore la preuve aujourd'hui!

i just use the service as simple personal call forwarding one for about 10 years and have had to update my card details twice. I have never been able to! No matter how i enter my name it returns either a 'Lastname omitted error' or a Java stacktrace! My bank however is very understanding and still honors my original card number, or so it appears as that is the one that still shows on my account page.

I can't rate eReceptionist highly. The reason is that its customer service is not all it might be. I accept I may be the unfortunate exception to a general opinion of its excellence . Because of the COVID pandemic I did not use the service for two years but did not knowingly cancel my subscription. On attempting to renew the service, no details were available of when or why the subscription had been cancelled without my knowledge. Worse still, it has been almost impossible to contact the company to resolve the issue. I hope that in the future I will be able to revise my adverse opinion of the service.

Great system. Very happy with the functionality, allowing me to have multiple local numbers connecting to the same extensions. Most importantly, service so far has been outstanding. Response times have been really quick and solutions have been effective. If you ask me, E-receptionist has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are nice, helpfull and certainly go that extra mile for you to make sure the problem is solved or gets solved. Even if the problem is more complicated they take the time to solve it. Not like other customer service departments where they on a timer to stress the agent to close the call. This is the USP and you should keep it like that. Excellent work guys

Very polite and friendly people to deal with and gave a sense of wanting to help. For me, that was very important after the atrocious services I got from BT. So far, so good with eReceptionist.

I have recently taken over our ereceptionist account and had to make several changes and also get my head around how the system works! Lia in customer services has been fantastic, so attentive to our needs, very patient and all round outstanding customer service. Very prompt and efficient follow-up by Simona after I reported issues I was having externally with my phone number. Within 24 hours now fully resolved. Excellent service. Thank you.
