I called up to add an extra number to my account for another country. I spoke with a guy called Dylan who was super helpful, and also then called the number to test that everything was working and being redirected to my phone - I'm pretty sure they don't have to do this, but he offered to. I have been using ereceptionist for about four months now, and everything has always run really smoothly with them, I would definitely recommend.
I originally rated this service low as I found it hard to cancel, but the support team reached out to me and helped me to terminate the service, which was very helpful. I have therefore changed my rating to 4 stars, and thank both the support team, and Trustpilot, for their support. PREVIOUS COMMENTS BEFORE THEY FIXED IT Whilst the service itself has been very useful, I no longer need it and want to cancel. However this seems impossible as the number provided for cancelation just rings in a queue for 11 minutes then a message saying "we cannot take your call at this time" is played. They deliberately do not give you the option to cancel online or by email, so apparently you are trapped into using this service.
