eReceptionist service is good when it works BUT if it goes wrong on the weekend you are stuffed! They have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT to fix it. Fair enough things sometimes go wrong but this has happened at least three or four times now and for a company that says: "Use a phone system you can count on, so you never miss a call again." I'd say that is pretty poor.
