I had issues with logging in and spoke to Eve. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful.

I called to cancel my contract with numberstore and spoke tro Eve who handled my issue most efficiently. I called simply because my email to cancel the contract was ignored months ago. Ereceptionist kept on taking my money without providing a service.

Just received really great service from John at e-receptionist. Called to have our number and business name changed, he made the whole process really easy and was helpful and polite. Thanks John B!

We had an invoice missing from our account, so I contacted support and within an hour they had sorted it for me. Very helpful service.

Underhanded. Having agreed to a £7.50 a month service and moving a telephone number across we expected to be billed - and agreed to be billed £7.50 per month. This company has charged us £7.50 plus an additional £7.50 for the original temporary number - repeatedly for the last 8 months. Thank goodness I checked. Terrible service, the app is broken on a weekly basis, and billing fiasco just topped it off. ---------------- Refunds issued to correct the issue. Hassle for me - but at least they sorted it out. Thank you

Credit card was charged multiple times and I was never provided the phone number I paid for. Tried to contact support via email and ignored after acknowledging they had received my email and were willing to discuss it. So much for that.

I spoke to John B today regarding unpaid invoices s our DDR had been cancelled when we had a issue back in December20 with our bank. John was very helpful, considerate and extremely professional and friendly. He treated me as an important client. We solved the issue regarding payment and then re activated the DDR so moving forward this will not happen again. Rang to explain I wasn't making use of my subscription since last year due to the collapse of a magazine I was advertising in and the virus lockdown halting my work in the service industry. I suggested suspending or canceling for the time being but John B on reception offered me 90 days free subscription. This was a generous jesture and meant I could take up where I left off without losing my established number if that was appropriate. Can't fault this company, have been with them for several years and have always found the service to be excellent
