Great company and would definitely recommend them. They were great right from when contact was first made until the patio doors were fitted. We were kept up to date and when I had to change a couple of dates, they were very accommodating and understanding. The quality is very good and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Had work completed at the end of June this year by dunraven, two months later after all the other work in the kitchen was competed we noticed that there was scratches all over the sliding doors (they also do not close properly). My wife has phoned and texted on four occasions, as have I(for six weeks now), only to be told that we should have noticed that there were scratches before we paid. Have asked for people to come and see what we have complained about and they just don't want to know. Once they've had your money they wash their hands of you completely! If your thinking about having work done by dunraven, be very very careful.

From the initial start there was No pressure to purchase product. The sales Team and work team were informative and polite! Professional and Respectful at all times, pride in their workmanship and their product is Superb Thank You Dunraven Highly recommendable Diolch yn fawr

Awful service they tell you one price then 10 days before build date they say it’s going to cost a couple of grand more!!! We had picked flooring sofas etc not that they give a dam about how you may loose deposits all they care about is money!!! And the way they dealt with it was shocking they had over 5 months to mention it will cost more seriously don’t use the company

Absolutely fantastic service. I am absolutely thrilled with my beautiful sash windows, bifolds and french doors that look so inkeeping with my traditional home. I was given lots of options of handles to suit the traditional theme. Nothing was too much trouble. No delays on delivery and fitters were very experienced and accomodating. Thank you Dunraven windows

Our replacement window fittings appeared to be satisfactory until we tried fitting an AC outlet to them - and discovered that the apertures opened in the wrong direction. In addition, we recently had a new carpet fitted and discovered large cavities in the floor that had been created - but not refilled - after the fitting of the windows. We have had a visit from a representative of Dunraven who took photos yesterday - and we are awaiting a decision from the company as to how these problems are to be addressed. I will write a further review when we know the outcome of our complaint.

Where do I begin? This is an honest review of Dunraven for our window and door installation. We moved to our new house in May 2021 and wanted new windows and doors. It is a very big house with a very big annexe and lots of arched windows. Dunraven rep Matthew came and quoted and the quote was about the same as other companies. We chose Dunraven because we saw pictures of other installations with arched windows. Matthew was on time and polite and professional and showed us exactly what we wanted. Initially when the work started, all went well but then a couple of the arched windows did not fit. Also, the Georgian bars did not line up on the very large front door of the building. Nigel, the surveyor came and another template was made and they came back to fit and these were the same as the originals, the glass company had used the original template by mistake. A third template was taken and this time all fitted well. In all the process has taken over a year to complete. The reason was due to the glass manufacturer not Dunraven but obviously this reflects on the company overall. However, all the fitters were excellent, especially Ron and Dylan, who we saw the most of but also all the other fitters who came. They cleared away all the old windows and left the place clean and tidy after each visit. The actual windows and doors are of good quality and look superb. I have given a 4 star rating, I have deducted a star for the delays but to be honest, everyone did their best and were apologetic for the delays. We also were aware of the shortage of materials due to Covid and the delay in many industries getting supplys due to Brexit, could all be bull**** but many companies are saying the same. We are very patient people and I think less patient people would be writing a bad review. Improvements could be made by Dunraven, communication could be better, but they did inform us from time to time on what was happening. We didn't pay for the job in full until it was completed and perfect and would we use Dunraven again? Yes, I think we would because we know them now and they did get it right in the end. Although, 44 doors and windows is a big job and we do not have any more to replace. So all in all a mixed review but overall we are very happy with our now completed installation.

Dunraven installed a conservatory earlier this year at our home. At first our impressions were positive, but this quickly soured as they had blocked a window from opening with one of their own drainage pipes. We raised this with them and were told it was a common issue, with no offer to sort out. In the summer it became an oven, as we were misled about the effectiveness of their glass and due to the limited ventilation. This caused discomfort and issues for us at home. Again we raised the pipe issue alongside the heating problem, with no offer to fix the pipe (they offered to add more windows if we specifically went ahead with another Dunraven order). Later, a third complaint was made and an engineer came out, only to admit he did not understand why Dunraven would have built the conservatory in such a way and that he could not fix it. This month, after a fourth complaint has not been answered, I have finally resorted to looking into legal options for compensation and complaints to the citizens advice bureau.

Really nice windows fitted..however sub-contractors some aspects of fitting poor broke one blind when fitting bent sink top when fitting in kitchen scratched window mess everywhere not tidy.And wrong coloured stained glass bedroom windows should have been yellow not red

Just completed conservatory for me in Rogerstone. Can't fault product and service was superb. Everyone turned up when they were scheduled were polite and left everything clean and tidy. Minor issues were resolved quickly and without fuss. All rubbish was quickly removed. I would definately recommend 10/10 Dunraven

If I could put zero I would! Spent a fortune on a replacement conservatory as our old one was leaking. Exactly one month after they put it up, leaking! Down on our electric light fittings and sockets. Over a year later, numbers call outs trying to “patch it up” and it’s still leaking. No rush to try and fix it either even though it’s damaged our lights and could be a fire risk!! Emails get ignored, phone calls rarely get returned ….and they are trying to put the blame on us, saying it’s the cavity trays - the cavity trays which they should have changed when replacing it. Their service staff even told me that the company should be doing it properly! But then again all their staff blame each other 🙄 Don’t even bother with these!! Sales man promises the best quality, best work, promises the world and they don’t follow through. So angry and disappointed 😔 - Finally said they would replace the cavity trays for us. Boarded up and covered the whole conservatory two weeks ago, still waiting on them to do the work. We have no dining area and loss of emergency exit and excuse upon excuse as to why they can’t do it, claiming “the weather” well we had a lovely week last week told “short staff” absolute rubbish!! So fed up!

Stay away from this company. Butch job from the start. Poor finish, careless and poor customer care after you have paid. We had a conservatory built 3 years ago with problems from day one. Cheapest glass roof specification installed instead of the one we ordered. Not to mention leaking gutters, cracked glass scratched frame etc… now 3 years after the wall is pulling from the house and regardless of several calls, emails and photos sent it has all fallen into deaf ears. Please share and do not book this company!

Truly dire. High pressurised and forced sales tactics, prices that I later realised didn't add up or make sense. They completed a credit application without me seeing /being able to sign anything and the salesman signed it for me! We cancelled in person and 2 weeks later we are still waiting for the cancellation letter/ a response to our emails /them to cancel the agreement. Save yourself the hassle and get someone else to quote.

Matthew came to go through options for an upgrade in conservatory. He was very polite and accommodating. Went through a number of options clearly and talked us through the process . He was very reassuring.

Very impressed with the professionalism with which the representative conducted himself and was very swift and efficient at giving us a price on new windows. The name of the rep was Matthew Baker.

You will see from my previous reviews that we’ve had numerous issues. However, credit where it is due. The bifold was not closing easily. My husband contacted dunraven, they came out and fixed it. The guys were great. I was in important calls so I’d left instructions with David at head office who clearly relayed these. (Very impressive). The issue was similar to the last one where the glass fixers were not addressed correctly on installation thus meaning the trim had to be removed and this sorted. We have a run of 5 bifolds. Two are now fixed and we hope the ones that are not will not cause us problems. Good response from Dunraven though! Thank you .

Dunraven Windows Really shocking service from start- numerous mistakes have been made and not taking responsibility for them. Measured wrong; quoted for the wrong door; Glass too small; glass broken; blinds different colours in the doors. Blaming third party suppliers for all of this. No quality control. Still waiting for door to be finished. Ordered in March. To top it off the door does not have the features I asked for initially. Really disappointed and massively regret my decision to use Dunraven. Also suspect I have taken advantage of and seriously overcharged. Their answer to that- “ You signed it”

Hi avoid this company unless you enjoy pushy overbearing salesmen who won’t take no for an answer and try to pressurise you into buying something you might not want.
