I've had extensive works done by the Dunraven team to include building work, a new conservatory and new windows and new doors. Excellent ervice right from the planning stage right through until completion. All members of staff turned up when they said they would, did the work they said they would be doing and the work was carried out in a clean and tidy manner. Very impressed. I would highly recommend.

My name is Mrs se Williams we had Mathew out from Dunraven to survey for a bay at the front 2 bedroom and kitchen windows from the start of the survey with Mathew to the end being fitted our journey was excellent. All the fitter was fantastic well done dunraven

Had A new conservatory roof fitted old one leaked like a sieve. We had a salesperson call round to give us a quote so after a short talk went with Dunraven. surveyors visit a week latter & fitters arrived a few weeks after. Replacement conservatory roof fitted in a day or two but one or two tweaks were need after Installion So they came back to fix it job. We are very happy and impressed with the new roof no leaks job done hooray. On the down side extremely poor service in removing the rubbish because we had no room for a skip, all the waste was left in a bag. They promised it would be gone in just a day or two. After a week the waste was not removed so after numerous attempts with email's & phone calls to get the rubbish removed the waste was collected four weeks later. Mr Vernon Holbrook.

Wouldn't trust this company. Had a quote for only a conservatory roof. Agreed on a price of £7k. The rep rang the next day to say that he had the pricing wrong and actually only priced for half the roof, he claimed he was distracted whilst doing the quote. More like he went back to his boss and they said we are a care home and he should have inflated the price. Dishonest, unethical, time wasters!

Only left one staff as you can’t leave zero! Sales man did a great job selling the company and their service. They wouldn’t put a spade in the ground with ALL the checks etc being carried out was his exact works! Signed up to an orangery as the cost were reasonable. Dunraven sent in the surveyor and all was good to go. The skip arrived on the day they were due to start work, but the workmen started 4 days later. After a couple of hours they stopped and said they could not continue. Dunraven had made a mistake and then tried to charge me another £10,000 to finish the work. As I wasn’t prepared to pay this they left my garden in a mess, refunded the deposit a couple of weeks later. In response to your reply, yes you have refunded my deposit, but I am still out of pocket with the furniture and flooring I had ordered I have lost deposits for these. You were not interested in this and left my garden in a mess! Your survey should have highlighted the foundation requirements and as per you salesman’s speech. Dunraven knew the developers sites as you work with all of them and know the site. Absolute B/S the same as your reply! It makes me wonder if I was to pay the additional cost what else would have been added on? It was not a case of being in my budget!

We got some patio doors fitted by Dunraven in 2017. Job was completed without any issues. Then the phone calls started and they haven't stopped. It's at least once a month trying to sell us more windows. I initially said I was happy with the service and I would call if I ever need more work done. They just didn't listen. Now I just hang up as soon as I realise it's them. Luckily we are moving house soon and they won't have my new number. They've definitely lost a future customer.

We had just received full planning for an extension when Dunraven knock the door saying they could cater to our needs, free no obligation quote….. Enter the sales person, we’re fortunate enough to not require finance so managed to secure a half decent price after some stubbornness (30% reduction to initial quote). Sales approach very similar to a pushy car supermarket, didn’t bother us as we knew exactly what we wanted and price to pay. Signed the deal and handed over the deposit. Surveyor comes around to complete drawings and advises that the salesperson had got a few things wrong. A wall would land in the middle of a doorway, extension wouldn’t meet building regs with the roof sales person quoted for although he said it would at the time “the girls in the office sort it all out…” and the extension would need to be slightly higher for the bi-folds. Surveyor corrects sales persons mistakes and checks with us we’re still happy, all good. Months later sales person phones asking for considerable amount of additional money to cover his mistakes “the directors aren’t happy with this, it won’t go through…..”. I remind him that he told us that “the price is the price and won’t change after we sign”. He says he needs to speak to his director. I hear nothing for over two weeks, sales person won’t respond to my correspondence so I contact the office to be told “your order has been cancelled as you didn’t want to pay the extra”!!??? Just been refunded deposit after chasing. Please have a good read through TrustPilot reviews before letting Dunraven into your home.

Awful! Took 4 weeks for them to actually start a job for my 72 year old Mum. Between then and finish she had several visits with contradictory information; the woek guys would move my Mums furniture and chop back some foliage before they started, then 2 men wouldnt move 3 very light cabinets out of the way (weren't actually in the way) despite the rest being cleared by family, needed a 6 foot clearance at the back for ladders, turned up and one bit was missing so left, then told they would need a tower and they'd have to come back. Job now done with no tower, bits to short leaving gaps, mastic missing or applied appallingly, cracked a few bricks and boundary wall as they stood on thar instead of bringing the tower, can see sky in some bits, old lead flashing used, gutter resting on wall as roof is actually too short, left an absolutely disgraceful mess in my Mums and her neighbours garden. Totally disgusting from start to finish. She didn't even approach them for the work either but conservatory roof did need doing so she decided it would be a good idea... Should be ashamed. Finance company has sent a form of complaint. AVOID these absolute cowboys!!! In response to reply: It had nothing to do with the garage being full, all the stuff got through there without a hitch when the work was finally done. It was totally mis communication and lack of consistency with people visiting to check everything out 4 times as I wrote in my original review. The remedial work should not be needed if jobs were done properly the first time either. Read your reviews... Not the only one who has had major issues with your company for very similar reasons. No excuses, rubbish company.

Dunraven are three weeks into a 3 day job, and I currently have a horrendous unfinished conservatory. Against my wishes and without my consent Dunraven have installed a flue pipe on the conservatory roof that is horrendous, and large, and my neighbours now laugh at me and call my conservatory The Submarine, because it comes with it's own periscope. I have broken glass in my conservatory door, which was broken by the engineer three weeks ago and still hasn't been replaced. The gutter downpipe is missing, and the lead which is supposed to protect my conservatory is facing the sky rather than down towards the roof. Nobody cares, my house has been upside down for three weeks and they just don't care. When I confronted them about the horrendous pipe work they made me feel like I was the one being unreasonable. I left them clear instructions three weeks before the project began that they cannot adjust my flue, they ignored it, and did what they wanted to do. NOBODY AT DUNRAVEN CARES.

Order cancelled 1 week before work was due to start. Total case of mislead selling by a regional manager. All lies and wouldn't answer valid queries. Stay well away from this company.

A Dunraven representative called at the door one afternoon and it was simply good timing on their part as we were considering replacing the existing front door and also needed a double glazed unit replacing in one of our bifold doors. No one wanted to replace one unit in the bifold door but the rep said they could do it if we went for a new front door as well. After that we had regular contact from the main office when every they needed to make the appointments for measuring up, then confirming when the installation technician was scheduled to come along. All appointments were attended exactly on time. All the representatives were friendly and the work was carried out to a high standard. I think Dunraven are a first class company but not cheap. The new front door looks fantastic and the sales representative matched the blind colour in our bifold unit as well. Happy customers!

Had an appointment with a Rep, was told this would last about and hour and a half. To start with the rep was 30mins late. He then stayed all of 10mins. He took measurements and said he would ring with a quote. I then had a follow up phonecall from admin today. She apologised for the rep being late. She asked if he left a quote, I said no and then she asked if my husband was present. I said no, she then said he needed to be present which I was not initially and did not understand. When I asked why he needed to be there the lady said due to covid...I really did not understand this. I asked again why he needed to be there and explained that he wouldn't be making any of the decisions anyway he just isn't interested in that side of things she just kept saying the same thing that they don't give quotes without the husband present. I said in that case we wouldn't be using them. What era are we living in that means my husband has to be present to 'okay' a decision!!!

Had 4 windows, 2 doors and patio doors fitted, must say Paul and Kerry were brilliant installers, very clean and precise. Thanks dunraven for sending them really pleased and happy with the outcome

I had a visit from a rep from Dunraven Windows. His tactics were the reason windows reps got such a bad name. Start with a ridiculous high price, in my case £32k, then keep dropping by a few thousand then say I can have it trade price of £24k. Then drop to £20k, then the stereotypical phone the boss who drops it to £18k. When I still say I will not sign he dropped to £15k. He has now dropped to £9k below trade price, so has obviously lied throughout. Treating customers like mugs is despicable. I have seen these techniques so many times, but you seem to think it is fine to rip people off. Give a fair quote without all of the double glazing salesman rubbish.

We would like to thank all the people who worked for Dunraven for doing such a brilliant job putting our new roof on our conservatory ,they were polite professional people, and have done such a good job, my husband and I are very happy with the choice we made in choosing DUNRAVEN the finish is perfect. Thank you guys. Brenda & Dave Lillington.
