From the visit of our sales person to the final handover of our new Conservatory the whole process went smoothly. The guys who put the conservatory together, the builders, the installers, the bricklayers, the electricians all worked very hard and competently and were well coordinated by the site manager. We’ve had windows, porch and now a conservatory done by Dunraven, all 5 out of 5. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

It has been a very long saga getting a new front door for my daughters house which has taken 6 months from order to final completion. Whilst the product is OK, it has been the complete lack of a joined up processes within the company that has let them down. Whilst some delay could be attributed to the need for additional lintel work identified by the surveyor who came very quickly after the order, the following were unacceptable: 1. Numerous phone calls required to push things along and join the dots, always requiring a callback from them sometime later. 2. Original fitting date cancelled by company as lintel building work highlighted by surveyor requiring a different team overlooked by booking team. 3. New fitting a month later with two teams not well managed and door fitter taken off site part way through leaving building fitter (who on arrival did not know anything about what had to be done, good job I was there and understood the issues!) to complete all trim etc. To be fair his skills and problem solving saved the day. 4. Door knocker and number missing. Fitters were convinced they had left in porch. Took almost 6 weeks of regular calls to get it ordered and done. Pity the fitter couldn't get the numbers central on the door! I know Dunraven are keen on honest reviews as they started asking me for on by letter two months before the job was completed and several follow up calls were made when I was able to explain to them exactly what happened. If you want a smooth installation and have no building construction knowledge, try a different company. I was keen to use a local company but they really need to do better.

Sales rep Andrew Aylward very professional, explained everything involved, costings choice of windows/doors, no pressure to complete a deal. Fitters arrived on time and completed an excellent job, in time specified, they were very professional, friendly, and tidy. Highly recommend this company.

Jon came out to see us twice within a couple of days. He was very helpful and was able to run through lots of options which helped us as we weren't entirely sure what we wanted.

Had a new front door and internal conservatory doors fitted by Dunraven. Matt made the whole process very straight forward with great customer service, when I had an issue with the doors Matt resolved with issue immediately and had someone over to fix the issue straight away. Would definitely use again.

Dunraven have just built a rear kitchen extension for my daughter in Bridgend. They have done a first class job and I must say it looks terrific here. I myself am a carpenter and the work is faultless. All the lads are really polite and helpful. All completion snags were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and the garden has been left in immaculate condition. It’s also good to see a local company survive the covid pandemic and the associated nightmare with materials, costs and staffing issues we’ve all faced for the past few years. We recently had an orangery constructed by Dunraven and they've done a fantastic job. All the workmen were skilled, professional, efficient and polite and very hard working. They clearly took pride in their work and left a lovely finish. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase. The whole thing was project managed from start to finish with little disruption. Would recommend them to anyone. A brilliant job, thank you Dunraven!

We had 3 windows installed recently and were very happy with the work and the workers. We used Dunraven many years ago and never had any problems following installation, so when the young man Rhys offered a free quote I didnt hesitate. I recommend them and will use them if required in the future.

Great company and a refreshing change of usually being put under pressure , I felt everything was explained to the point I understood every step , the work was carried out efficiently by competent workforce , product was high quality and as I've been dealing with the company for many years I can say the product stands the test of time. If asked if I would recommend to anyone else, the answer would be absolutely.

Sales Rep ‘Mathew Roberts’ was very informative also very polite and courteous. We agreed to having Dunraven to carry out the work, just waiting for the Surveyor to visit and a start confirm a date to commerce the work, we were informed by Mathew that this should be done next March (2023), hopefully the first week. ZERO STARS! RUN AWAY!!! They did my parents conservatory and they have water under their flooring from the radiator they put in and the heavy rain falling between their conservatory and their neighbours house has they left a huge gap for water to fall and nowhere to go. They have left my parents with no heating and IF they return it will be 3weeks!!! Im disgusted with them!! My dad has cancer and they have left them with a cold, wet, leaking house!! with the cost of living aswell my mum brought a electric heater and they are pensioners!! Will be taking this further with a solicitor and the press absolute disgrace.DO NOT USE DUNRAVEN!!!!!

I decided to renew the window frames and have a door put on our front porch. The salesman was very friendly and so was the two installers. Arrived as expected job was completed on time and I was extremely satisfied with the new look which is a great enhancement to our property.many thanks most appreciated regards Steve.

Here a real review ! Don’t go near this company, I wish I had never heard of them. The sales guy tells you 6-8 weeks fitting when the office call 3 days later it’s 15 weeks to fit. When they come and do a survey they say “you haven’t picked a door! “ the sales guy never asked or showed me any! Ordered a piece of glass for my door, when the fitters arrived they said I should have been told it wasn’t in. Dunraven do not call to tell you these things! A problem started with the door handle, I called someone came out and told me the handle was in back to front and anyone could have broken in with a Philips screw driver! A new handle was due yesterday no one turned up again no phone call, I find out today he had left all my details in someone’s house! Data protection does not apply to this company. I have asked for a call from one of the directors to discuss but again no phone call. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

We were pleased with the excellent service which this Company provided, from initial approaches through to completion of the work, and the follow up rectification. We required an extension to our kitchen/garden room, and agreed to go ahead at a fair price, but notably with an extremely low deposit, with the balance not due until completion of the project. A rare event with builders these days!! We were given a start date of 1st August, and all project planning, surveying, and insurance was handled by Dunraven within the price. On the start date, Daryl and his mate arrived promptly to commence all the groundworks and walls required. After 2 weeks they were followed by a succession of highly experienced tradespeople to complete plumbing, electrics, plastering, and the all important roof and windows. Gareth, the supervisor, kept in touch regularly and arranged for any problems we raised to be dealt with promptly. The whole project was finished within 5 weeks. A tradesman called Gary came a month later to rectify a couple of minor issues, and was very helpful, even noticing our front door (not part of the project) needed adjusting which he happily did, going that extra mile! Thank you to everybody at Dunraven.

Turned up at my door unannounced, very aggressive. Have been phoning me daily ever since despite requests to stop.
