Since Dunraven fitted our back patio door 2018 we're extremely pleased with its quality and price. We had Ryan today to look at 4 of our double glazed windows ( not dunravens) And whilst they couldn't just do sealed units to replace he was very courteous and polite. The company is very professional and should we need larger work done we would use them.

Horrible experience getting a quote for a replacement tiled conservatory roof from a very pushy unprofessional salesman. I am an elderly pensioner but still have my wits about me to insist and say no to sign up and part with a deposit then and there with no time to consider the transaction, no brochure or specs offered, although requested. No written quotation outlining any form of works, contract, etc. Verbal quote only started very high and gradually decreased by £5k, only if I signed up and parted with a deposit then and there. My wife and I insisted we needed more time to consider , upon which the salesman’s attitude turned rude and promptly left stating he would not come back to quote again and take it or leave it at that price, no brochure, no written quote. There was I thinking that doorstop pressure selling from so called professional local company was a thing of the past, how wrong was I. Needless to say I will not give my business or recommendation to this company, unless they’re ethics and staff training change.

Purchased composite door which very pleased with. The whole process from start to finish, was flawless due to service we received from their representative, Matt Roberts . Very helpful , informative, patient (!) and nothing was too much trouble for him - he was a credit to the company! Very pleased with door and service!

My experience with the sales team so far has been excellent! Communication has been great, and everything was quickly confirmed in writing. Matt was so friendly during our initial meeting, and wasn’t pushy whatsoever! I had the time and space to make my own decisions, but then welcomed his suggestions and advice when offered. Although, i’ve only just confirmed my fitting date with Dunraven, this is my second time ordering a new door with them so i’m confident the standard will be high :)

After a good sales call where I felt at ease with no high pressure selling. I knew I was dealing with a local company I could trust. There were cheaper options however the quality of the doors and windows along with excellent service from start to finish was well worth the extra. Highly recommended.

My build has only just started but the service I have received so far has been amazing. I have to give a shout out to Ben who is currently taking the area out for the footings to go in. Such a hard worker he doesn’t stop and let’s me know everything that’s going on and what’s coming next also very polite. Amazing service and can’t wait to see it all come together 😊

Had a conservatory glass roof changed to a Lifestyle roof, excellent work while being done, clean, tidy and the result is a usable room all year round. Back and front door also replaced, again clean, tidy, done on scheduled day, excellent quality. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant job done by Dunraven in creating an extension with bifold doors and lantern roof. Salesman Andrew was patient enough to visit 3 times before we finally locked in, Richard from the Building Team was very knowledgable, Andy from the fitting team, plumbers, plasterers Harley and Brendon, electricians Ross and team, all excellent and experienced in doing their job. The bulk of the extension was completed with care and attention within just 4 weeks, and the final finish is just brilliant. The office staff have also beeen very helpful and even managed a small change of finish on the cornice. Thanks to Gareth the PM, the extension is now blended in with the older part of the house with continuous grey soffit and guttering. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We haven’t had our door fitted yet but Ryan could not have been more helpful during the initial process. He was informative, knowledgeable and professional. The team who came out to measure up were also excellent and answered all the additional questions we’d thought of since the order was completed.

had a couple of jobs done by Dunraven ,first was a composite door and side window,second was two windows. From Andrew the salesman to the fitters everything was good.not the cheapest but decent quality fittings and service

Had a Big job undertaken 13 windows front and back door installed by dunraven windows. The windows have made a huge difference with the heat loss I was experiencing with my existing product and the front composite door couldn't be better quality I choose a coloured door and it has completely transformed the property. A+ service

This is the 2nd time using Dunraven windows each time has been a great experience. From initial consultation with Jon to the surveyor and the finished job couldn't have gone better. I have 1 small job to do next year and that's fully done with dunraven.

We had our conservatory fitted earlier this year, which we were extremely pleased with. We recently had an issue with a door not closing properly. When I called Dunraven and explained what the problem was, they were very quick to send a team to make (what turned out to be) a minor adjustment to one of the door hinges. This is a credit to their after sales service! It's always nice to know that should a problem arise, help is always available. Many thanks!
