The new door is lovely. However, we had a bell with the old door like most front doors have i imagine. Doesnt everyone? The surveyer never mentioned the door bell in his initial survey questions about door and frame specs. So the fitters ripped it out without asking or thinking and hid the wires from the old bell behind the new frame and now we have no bell. It causes all sorts of related problems for my 91 year old mum, like not hearing visitors or having to go to the mail depot to collect every parcel that isn't delivered. Upon contacting their office to highlight the missing door bell, we were told the bell wasn't their business and despite there being a bell on the old door, like every normal human dwelling, They just won't replace the bell. Perhaps the fitter should think hmmmm they have a doorbell, I wonder if they still want a doorbell? Lol. It would take 5 min to cut and fit and silicone. It is crackers! So they said go and get a battery bell and stick it on and send VAT receipt and they will reimburse. Fair enough but a weak and disappointing end to an expensive and lengthy (3 month) purchase. For the hefty cost I would hope for better attention to details. Doors need door bells. Remember this Dunraven. I hope a doorbell question can be added to the survey for future customers.

Having spoken to Dave Collier on the 7th December 2022 have decided on an upgrade to a new glass roof. Having experienced Duraven’s excellent workmanship over many year. Thanks to all involved.
Had window, front door and French doors replaced. Ryan Draper the salesman was very helpful and the fitters on time and showed us how thing worked and tired up as they went.
We ordered an Orangery wth Ryan Draper in February 2022. We paid our deposit and within 2 weeks we were told our installation dat would be early Feb. 2022 and the work would take 2 weeks. The company were true to their word. The ground work team arrived on the said day and took 2 days to do the foundations. The told us the assembly team would be with us at the end of the week. They took 2 days to assemble the Orangery and said the plasterers would be here after the weekend. They were true to their word. They took 2 days and the work was finished within the given time scale. there were a few snags but they were sorted within a week and we are very satisfied with the result. JK in post code CF37
Old roof was stopping the use of the conservatory so decided to upgrade to a sold tiled roof and it's changed the living space on the house. Looks absolutely incredible. The boys were always on hand and I was always kept in the loop as to what was happening and are over the moon with the end result. Dan Bowen was great in particular. Never a job too small. Would 100% recommend.
From the start Dunraven Rep Dan Bowen helped us to no end in revamping our house with warm windows having had a tough cold winter the yesr before. Was able to provide us with a quick quote and nothing was too much of a problem. The fitters were respectful and considerate in all aspects and the job was completed to perfection. The Consultant I dealt with was Ryan Draper. Did not feel under any pressure to purchase at all. Ryan went through different styles of conservatory roofs highlighting benefits of each. I was shown examples of styles. Ryan explained the entire procedure from start to finish of a refit. I did not have any questions as Ryan was thorough in his explanation. The timescale was perfect, nothing over ran. I chose my preferred style. Ryan kept me up to date throughout. The Fitters were very friendly, completed the job to an extreme high standard. They kept the area clean and cleaned everything after. I am so happy with my new roof. Family and friends have remarked on the high standard of the installation. Following completion Ryan called to ensure I was happy with everything which I was. Would thoroughly recommend this Company, no faults whatsoever only praise for them. Thank you to a lovely professional team.

Ryan Draper did all the ground work with the sales etc, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to give us confidence in what we were buying, some changes needed after the survey was completed. The fitting experience was out of this world, from the fitters, electrician and plasterers all very professional and very tidy. The final result is out of this world and worth the money spent, it’s that good I have decided to change my doors and just waiting for the surveyor to come and look at what we want next. Overall I am really pleased with the quality of work, thanks Dunraven for a positive experience

Orangery erected in 2019. No end of issues with the bifold doors (amongst other things). Countless visits by Dunraven, even new frame and doors installed 2021, issue persists. Doors do not seal fully to the frame, leaving a gap I can fit my finger through in places. Dunraven were due to attend today to adjust the doors, ETA was a time when I was not going to be available. Next appointment January 2023? Leaving me with a set of doors which don’t seal correctly in the height of the winter months. Just tops off the poor service. Fail to deliver on a whole host of other promises, including paintwork rework they were to pay for. Chipped new porcelain slabs and a plant pot whilst in attendance at a previous appointment. Don't bother complaining officially as this gets you nowhere either. I’d recommend not using this company! Save your money, time and sanity and go elsewhere.
Before paying the deposit this company could would be in touch several times a week. Firstly, felt forced into signing a statement to say I hadn’t been forcibly sold a door. Was then in fact sold a door that didn’t fit my frame. Paid a deposit for said door, then - after a no show for the surveyor visit (having taken a days leave) they rushed someone over, who took the fitting. Then, days after, was told the door the salesman and surveyor had sold, wouldn’t work with my door frame and given an option of a totally different door that I’d never have paid a deposit for. Deposit was taken on first visit, still waiting for that to be paid back… despite endless chasing. Suddenly they aren’t in touch very much. Stay away from the company at all costs. And if you are going to go with them, make sure the product works for you before you pay a deposit.
The installers of my windows were both efficient and removed all the waste materials so that I had no clearing up to do. They were very pleasant to speak to and always courteous.
