Recently had new doors and windows fitted. Jon came round to quote for further work. Amazing guy. Very friendly, professional and honest with expectations and price. Signed up for more work there and then. Have only been impressed when dealing with Dunraven

Had a couple of windows done through them about 10 years ago and the installation and that was all ok barring a small defect but subsequently they have harassed us with persistent phone calls about getting other work done. Despite telling them to remove our number from their lists and to stop calling us. And still they persist. We will NEVER use this company again. They have burnt this bridge and destroyed the foundations so no bridge can be rebuilt.

In March 2022 we had all our windows changed by Dunraven. We had a good price for the windows that we wanted. The two boys who were fitting our windows phoned to say they were 30 minutes away which I thought was very polite of them. When they arrived they discussed with my husband which order he would like the windows to go in. The boys had a few jokes with my husband which my husband likes. The boys worked hard and only stopped for a cup of tea. They cleaned up after every window and their work was to a very high standard. The last window they had yo got was the small toilet window the time was six thirity, they asked my husband if he would like them to finish that night or come back in the morning, we chose for them to complete the job that same night. I cannot fault the workmanship of the two boys that came out to us and we are very pleased with the high quality and fitting of our windows. We would recommend this company to all our friends. We had our FSG replaced and a conservatory installed. The lads who were involved with this, were all brilliant. They were a credit to Dunraven I like to thank them all. Last year we had very friendly and competent advice for rebuilding our conservatory. There was some confusion at the beginning due to poor phone line and maybe something lost in translation, but Dunraven has been understanding and then everything went smooth. The work progressed timely and with the quality we expected. We'll refer back to Dunraven when we'll want a porch done.

I had an experience a few years ago when I asked Dunraven to give me a quote for windows. We got the full pushy salesman experience. Gave us a quote for £20,000 but we were so lucky, if we signed up that day he could discount it to £16,000. I told him where to go and we got 3 quotes from other companies all between £8,000 - £10,000. We went with KNM in Pyle who were brilliant and gave us a 10 year warranty. I'm writing this now as I was reminded by Dunraven sales people cold calling. Someone in our street is getting work done so they tried it on with us, even though we have brand new windows. I told the sales guy what had happened and why I had no interest in Dunraven, asked to be left alone. 3 days later we get another salesman at the door, told him to leave us alone and decided to leave this review.

Anthony came to visit and was really friendly and gave great advice. After measuring up he took plenty of time to run through the different options with us and show us how the job will look completed. We had time to think and Anthony came back a couple of weeks later and again was happy to answer all our questions and was super helpful during both visits. Will post a further review when work is completed.

Anthony called today to find how we were enjoying our new conservatory roof and was as we are totally impressed with the quality of the workmanship and we would highly recommend The Dunraven Team they were very professional took great care in their different rolls.
