The worst company to have to switch too ... this is unbelievable 2 months to get a drawer only... iam canceling and will be returning my stuff once they arrive... same day they arrive... iam dealing with cash now because of this delays and lack of communication... Harry hayman is the worst sales person u would wanna deal with never gets back to you once u sign up.. but its alright 1000 companies are willing to take the money for better service..
Terrible experience, don’t give them your account number they are thieves, Charly King sold this to me has no hidden fees, no cancellation fees, I cancelled my account in August and this morning they took another 339$ out of it!!!! Stay away!!!!!

Mes clientes adorent le coté technologique de la machine et aussi il y as l'option d'avoir un inventaire sur le terminal, numéro d'employé et beaucoup plus encore. Le plus important c'est que j'ai faite de grosse économie à comparer de l'ancienne compagnie avec qui je fessais affaire!

Stay Away From This Company! We had a contract with them and were promised free cancellation if we weren't happy with their service, as soon as we signed a contract with them, they stopped answering our phone calls and started to purposefully ignore any calls from our company's directory. Then later when we asked for cancellation, they again told us to call a number and every time we tried reaching them, they would hang up as soon as they found out it was us, and that we were trying to cancel our subscription. I can confidently say that these guys are scammers and they will rip you off of any amount of money. please be safe and stay away from these people.
Stay away from them. I got the terminals five months ago, but I haven't been able to use them because of the order of the operation. The account manager called back and mentioned that they have requested to fix the issue to Elavon and I won't be charged any monthly fees until they fix the issue. They continued to charge the monthly fees. Called customer support to request a callback, it has been two days and haven't heard anything back from them. Stay away from them. Response to CDNPOS comments: After talking to a customer rep, they offered $100 as a goodwill gesture to compensate for what they charge me over $1000 in incorrect monthly fees. No wonder why there are many negative reviews about this company.

Stay away. Alots if fake review and comments here. If you like stress than go on and sign with them. I would suggest everyone to stay away from thses people. They lied about everything. Their service is poor and they are after your money. They are connected to evolon. You can directly go to them. When you cancel them they lock you up and charge you 45$ every month for 4 years. This is one of the biggest mistake I made. I dont want anyone to go through what I went through.
So far everything has been good. Good service and response to my calls for help. Really like the new Poynt machine. My only concern is the additional monthly costs for some of the services like gift cards and some other aps. As a small business with limited use of these apps the costs add up and while I would like to use some of the apps it is not cost effective to do so. Overall very pleased and hoping this wil continue.

Circuits are busy, so call doesn't go through, and no response to so called 'live chat'. Oh well, if they don't respond, I'll be moving my business.
