To say my experience with Canadian POS / Elavon / Ladco has been frustrating would be an understatement. The one bright shining star in all of this has been dealing with John Trinh. My star rating is entirely to do with my dealings with him. I can't tell how many times I've been bounced back and forth between Elavon, Canadian POS, and Ladco, trying to get an answer, and everytime I have landed with John, he has been able to get me my answers and resolutions - not always to the outcome I would prefer, but nonetheless he has been kind, caring, and able to steer me in the right direction every time. If Candian POS was full of more employees like John, I would be shouting from the rooftop for companies to sign up! Thanks John! Paul
This whole industry is frustrating to deal with. Hold times, fees structures, unclear hierarchy of partnerships - they are in business to make money, not to help anyone.
Charlie was patient and answered all of our questions. Especially like that there isn't a locked in contract.

Great service on the phone with the two inside service reps But I think the printed setup instructions could be improved. mainly for password and refund info. I would like to see a quick reference guide for the employees (preferably plastic coated we have dirty fingers here) I would also like to see a longer time before it logs out. Especially when we cannot have contact and have to social distance! Thanks Terry

First- issue with the end of day settlement not matching amount deposited in bank. Called and waited 25 minutes to speak with someone. No one answered, so I left call-back information. Nearly 24 hours later no one called. Did get an email with the blah-blah will call you as your ticket is entered. At that time tried calling again. Got someone from tech. They couldn't help because they didn't handle the aforementioned issue. Person put in another ticket to get called back. 36 hours later, tried calling again. Again got tech support and same lame excuse about putting in a ticket. As I author this review (nearly 48 hours since initial contact) - still no one to help with issue. I have a angry customer waiting for an answer about a refund because somehow their debit card was charge when the Canadian POS terminal showed (Not Complete) transaction. Definitely read all the negative reviews before you decide to do business with them.
I leave messages and send emails that go unanswered for weeks. I wait on hold for hours and no one answers. I am questioning if they are still operating.
We were told everything would be set up within 2 days of the contract date which was Dec 15. Nothing was set up and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to assist us. We called no less than 20 times and left countless messages which were never returned. Our account was not set up until Jan 6.

The Poynt terminal worked flawlessly for 10 months and new difficulties were solved within minutes of contacting cdnpos. Customers service was fast and efficient. Well done!

Great experience working with my contact at Canadian POS. Everything was explained very well. Equipment arrived very quickly so that I could cancel my other one and start my savings with Canadian POS. There was a little blip along the way with my old supplier but I was quickly assured by my Canadian POS contact that everything would be taken care of and not to worry.
I am not happy with Eleven services and charges, and do not recommend it to anyone. I have canceled my account, returned all the equipment but still being charged. There is absolutely nothing Canadian about this business.
We have canceled our service and returned the equipment but still have to send emails and call to stop charging us. That is awful!
