We signed up to take advantage of the savings and the entire experience turned out to be a nightmare! Everything was great when we were signing up, then the terminal showed up, that's when the problems started. When I got the call from the support people to set-up the terminal I was told that the machine was not able to detect on it's own what kind of card was being used, we had to tell the machine that it was a debit or credit card, unlike our current machine that auto-detects the type of card, this may seem small to some, but to us it was inconvenient especially after I had specifically asked whether or not the terminal would do this. I immediately cancelled my contract to which they agreed then they started offering free months of lease on the terminal to which I declined. It took repeated phone calls to have them send me the cancellation documents, more calls and emails to get the return instructions for the terminal. I sent the terminal back the same day I finally received the instructions. The next day, I checked my bank account ti find that I had been charged the monthly fee for the terminal that I had already return on a cancelled contract. I have emailed and called multiple times to find out why I was charged and to get my money returned but have never gotten a call back. The only acknowledgment has been an automated service ticket email I received when I contacted the sales rep. He put in a service request for a call back which has never come. Horrible customer support all around. For what it's worth, my advice is to put Canadian POS at the very bottom of your list.
I’m having a problem with the machine I’ve requested a different one. Second is I sent my final bill from the other company and no one has responded to me to tell me how they’re going to pay for it. Communication from you guys has really dropped off once I have signed up.

The machines do not work, we have to sign into the WiFi every time we want to use it. We do not have time to do that when the customer is standing right there. This is not good business it is very upsetting. Thank god we still have the other machines because we would be not very happy.....
This was a great experience. Ordered units (2) and they were delivered and started up easily. Both are working great.

Hello. I think the product is good but I do not feel like I am set up properly or fully understand the capabilities. I feel like I could use a bit more support to get it going.

Got 4 debit/credit terminals, none of them work properly. Just about to cancel the contract. Update. Everything is working now.
