Nothing seems simple with this company. 1st the system I was sold on doesn't know how to deal with Ontario food tax (5% on $4 and under HST over $4) I had my account deactivated for this reason, finally found a way around it, asked to be re activated but only US account was and now is charging all credit cards USD funds + Fees. Been waiting for 3 business days for it to be fixed. No one ever has an answer to questions and always takes several days and calls to solve... Also when you call in, you always have to wait on hold, with offer for them to call you back, seldom do get a call back and it forces you to leave message with call back number after 20min. even when you want to wait for them you can't.

It has been great overall, just a bit of a rocky start in the set up being delayed but the terminal arriving and our funds being held because the account wasn't set up.

Dont let them fool you with a free trail, if you sign the contract to get a terminal you are done, you have to pay fee for cancelation with Cdn pos, Elavon and Ladco who own the terminal and contract. For you guys who are dealing with Adam Hill, watch out, he will promise you the moon just to try it......

Hi love the machine, customer service is awful. Spent 29 minutes on the phone twice only to be disconnected both times!
