Had to change my accounts and update some informations regarding my account. I received excellent service from Michelle from customers support at Canadian POS. She took all my informations, gave me list of the things which need to be send to her and all my problems were solved with single phone call within few days without chasing and calling again. I couldn't do my settlement on Sunday night ,so i called the 1-800 number.He fixed my problem and emailed my report to me in no time at all.He told me to reboot my debit machine and everything is fine.very happy.

This company create a second MID number when i have switch the terminals, up to now they don't have a answer what or how they are going to do with the first MID number. also this matter make create a extra charges with the company that handles the CC deposits.

just shipped the equipment - no visit from anyone to assist in the installation or training. Unit shipped is extremely difficult and awkward to use. Not happy
