We have dealt with Brad Atkin for many years. He was a our sales contact and convinced us to try Elavon. It was the best decision we could have made. Brad himself was always there for us. When we decided to try an online store we were forced to go to a competitor because of compatibility issues with the online platform. It was the worst choice. Where Brad was helpful, honest and transparent, the competitor was NOT, with many hidden costs. The monthly reports from Elavon were concise, easy to read, without complications. The reports from the competitor were the complete opposite, unclear, complicated and difficult to decipher. We are a family run business. Both my sister and I regretted leaving Elavon. After almost 3 years we have had enough of the competitor. I emailed Brad hoping he was still with Elavon and that he remembered us. He emailed back within minutes and helped us set up right away. We are very happy with Elavon (Divvia) and will not go anywhere else. We know that we will be well taken care of by Brad and his staff. They are a great team and Divvia is fortunate to have them. We both highly recommend them and would give them 6 stars if we could.
We have been trying for months to get in touch with someone to change our accounts etc. We get tossed to POS, Divva, Converge, and Unity. It is never their problem, no one wants to solve.
Claire was awesome!! She was super fast at getting my change of account done, knowledgeable about trouble shooting, great attitude, made things a lot less complicated for me as a business owner. Highly recommend this representative! She knows her stuff! Made my day!! She's a keeper Elavon!
